----
Dear Friends
In this thread I will publish a concise text about the different steps of a spiritual journey.
The material will be clearly structured, so that you easily find the topic that you need.
Everything I publish here is based on my own work, personal experience, teaching, therapy and the exchange with clients, students, friends, dead people, astral and spiritual beings.
I have published these articles on Avalon, and will edit them for Nexus if needed...
...my personal learning process is going on... :)
* * * * * * *
Any blissful moment,
when everything is absolutely perfect for you,
when you're overwhelmed with love and joy,
when you peacefully permeate the Universe - this as a moment of enlightenment.
Moments like this happen - and disappear - probably / hopefully most of us have experienced them.
This is like these little samples we get in stores as a temptation... Shall we buy it?
I would like to tempt you... And I would like to support you.
* * * * * * *
The spiritual journey has always been and still is the most exciting and the most satisfying 'project' in my life.
It's been my main topic for at least 35 years.
So it is not just hot air when I say: There is logic! The steps are describable and doable - but the experiences are sometimes difficult to describe...
* * * * * * *
I know, you're no beginners. :)
But after teaching for many years I know how many questions arise on a spiritual journey. And maybe here and there you find some helpful information.
Good to know:
1. There are smaller and bigger moments of enlightenment.
2. Every Chakra can be enlightened or not.
3. Enlightenment can be achieved and is not just an "act of Grace of some unknown God."
4. Enlightenment is not permanent. - It can be lost - otherwise we wouldn't be here.
Best wishes, Dogon

But let's first take the concentration to the third eye.
This is a point in the center of your head.
If this is new for you try this:
Visualize an apple! The apple appears on your inner screen or somewhere in front of you. This is how we see, using our inner eye/s. It is always a little bit like through a glass with steam on it. - You will get used to it...
The place from where you project the image is your third eye. - The position can slightly change, because the third eye belongs to your energetic body and not to the physical.
This concentration will have a activating effect on the two glands pituitary and pineal, which are on the same level, and actually close together.
At the beginning this concentration can be very exhausting. If so, go there for short durations, again and again. Or how I described it in some other post:
Stay playful!
Don't sit there too long trying very hard to be still...
Be more like a honeybee, getting tiny amounts of the sweetest nectar here and there.
Your nectar shall be: "I'm a free spiritual being."
Have a drop of this nectar again and again - just one sentence - just one glimpse of joy - love - gratefulness...
And you do this from your third eye. And it's all fine to feel the resonance of the sweetness in the heart.
Slowly this 'muscle' becomes stronger - and at a certain point this will be your natural window through which you look into the world.
This is the seat of your consciousness.
Don't worry - we will balance it with the other chakras.
Enjoy your day - it is a beautiful one -

Thank you for the teaching you'll impart to us here- I'm really looking forward to it, coming at a time when I was so looking for a direction like this. I've been trying to quell all the accumalated noise inside my head lately to see what's underneath- is it just me or is it downright hard to shut out the (internal) noise and just BE? I know there's something within us all that could be a source of strength and knowing that would probably change the way we live our lives to a substantial degree.
I shall be a humble student :)

Thank you for being here!
No reason to be a humble student. I see you on the same level. As beings we are exactly the same.
As people we know different things well or not so well, means we have qualities and flaws.
I have spent almost my whole life with this kind of studies - and if you can pick out certain things that are useful to you that's great.
You have your things that you can do well and I'm not able to...We all do our best.
You will never find me putting myself higher than you.

Well, with my postings I would also like to give people orientation to say:
- This I know
- that I'm able to do
- this is completely natural to me
- that I have understood many years ago...
Practice is only needed where something is lacking.
And you Luke are very awake, aren't you?

1. Introduction
Now doubt, we all are coming from a divine source, I call it the Numinous. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numinous
It's Unity: no observer - no subject. That's why it cannot be described.
What ever you say about the Numinous is wrong and right at the same time:
It's nothing - its every thing - it is not...
It's eternal - it's a permanent now...
It's everywhere - it's nowhere - actually it is beyond space and time...
So why is it at all interesting to understand and experience it?
If you have your anchor in the Numinous, if you give this divine source first priority you are connected to the source of endless love.
And after healing your personal aspects this very essence will be pouring out of you - always...
The goal of all spiritual work is not
to melt into the numinous and disappear for all times...
Beings might desappear and take a break (I go there during the night, when my body sleeps), but then they prefer to be here in one way or the other.
There is no other source.
Not even for 'devils', 'demons', Reptilians, any ET's...
Beings are beings - all divine, if you like it or not.
Experiences have transformed them to different, more dense qualities of consciousness.
Some beings have become destructive because their constructive attempts were not successful.
They have been programed or hypnotized in astral spheres or maybe even during a lifetime.
We all got some programming, that's normal. They separate us from Einlighenment, make us forget, or even make us insane... more or less - hmmm :twitch:
The chance to heal and get rid of programming is there, because the divine sparkle cannot be destroyed.
(But it can be very difficult or even impossible to reach within a lifetime, I'm sorry to say - - - )
* * * * * * *
All the spiritual realms and all the astral spheres are mirrored in our personal chakras.
So every Chakra has a more subtle equivalent. - More about this later.
When we enter this body we first make the connection with the third eye and from there we in-carnate - we enter the flesh (carne means flesh.)
* * * * * * *
In a ideal situation we learn to use all our tools:
That means we live in all our Chakras and enjoy the treasure of these abilities.
Less ideal, and actually the common situation:
Only 2 - 3 Chakras are in use -
The used Chakras are somehow damaged and in bad shape -
The person is emotionally thrown back and forth, up and down, feels pushed around, is more or less limited or even disoriented.
So one of the main issues here is to get access to the chakras and to provide the means to heal them.
The use of a hammer is obvious. A Chakra is a bit more complicated. But there is logic in it.
Hope you're with me on this ride.
Dogon / Sepia :)

Practice is only needed where something is lacking.
And you Luke are very awake, aren't you?
Bit like difference "knowing the path" and "walking the path" in my case.
I can conceptualize a lot of things. The big picture that allows for future growth (as opposed to "this is scary"/"I need to run away somewhere"/"We are doomed" thinking). There is lots of growth in the "future" (keeping in mind that it is circles/cycles/expansion not linearity).
But that is pretty much "knowing" part.
But then, once in a while, somebody will give you a simple exercise to do. something that take all the faraway musings connect to that part of you that knew them already. Like door opening .. the one you struggled with for a long time. That is the practice part. Right tune, thought, feeling. NOT the brute force. Need to get it RIGHT.
Ok. enough thread hijacking, :)

Concentration in the third eye
----
Did you find your third eye as described in post 4?
Go there often during the day -
- specially if you tend to get lost in worldly things, emotional conditions and attachements.
Do it on a sharp inhale - come back inside to a place not bigger than a pea -
maybe repeat once or twice - or longer. What ever you need to get a good concentration. -
But if you feel a tension you immediately relax and watch (or visualize) the energy flowing down through your body into the ground.
It is like sitting quietly at the banks of the river Ganges, watching the flow - remembering that you are a free spiritual being.
.
And just before you become one with the flow (and get lost ;) ) you start concentrating again on this spot not bigger than a pea - or if you prefer you create the image of a little flame there.
.
We train a muscle here, and this is crucial for any spiritual work coming up later.
.
At the beginning it is 'concentration' or 'relaxation' - you go back and forth (1 min. - 1 min)
.
But at some point you will find out that it becomes 'concentration' and 'relaxation' both qualities there at the same time, a relaxed focus, absolutely natural, no tension at all.
.
After about 2 - 5 minutes you allow the breath to flow freely in it's natural speed and size - even if it's very small. Trust your body, it will take what it needs.
.
.
Coming back to the third eye is coming home! Uuuuuuh - what a joy.
Get yourself comfortable:
Sometimes it is like a cave - and you sit here in silence like a golden Buddha
(any Buddha-Smiley around?) -
.
Sometimes it's more like a mountain-top, the vastness of space above you -
.
Sometimes it's like sitting in the upper room of a light-house...
So every now and then you come back inside on an inhale, and on the exhale you keep the concentration, but at the same time watch the energy flowing, releasing, clearing down through your body and into the ground.
Short sequences are fine. Even if it is only 30 seconds.
But at the end of the day, take some more time and make sure that the downward flow of energy is free.
(Create energetic openings in the middle of your feet and hands - by intent. - Yes it works, don't worry.)
Would you like to say " I am "?
It's a very old indian Mantra - you can gently repeat it -
or just know and feel, that you are (beingness).
All best wishes, Dogon / Sepia

2. Chapter: Karma-Yoga; Bhakti-Yoga; Jnana Yoga
Meditation can be done in numerous ways. These 3 represent the three main principles.
Each of these ways can lead you to some kind of enlightened state - but they are not identical.
Best is we travel on all of these three paths in one lifetime...
The Triad makes it complete. It is possible, trust me.
Most probably you are almost halfway through :)
Otherwise you wouldn't follow this thread on this forum... But nobody tells you.
A. Karma Yoga: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karma_yoga
This is the path of selfless action and selfless service.
Be in 'The Here and Now' and do everything with your full presence.
Concentration on the Hara (2. Chakra), in the middle of the belly below the navel, like you do in Zen-Meditation.
You watch your breath. You are an observer. If there are any thoughts you let them pass like clouds.
In order to do Karma Yoga, you don't have to sit on a pillow and to follow the Zen-rules. Zen is just one possibility.
May be you had your Karma-Yoga-Time already, or are having it again and again without knowing it?
For example
when you play the piano, any instrument
when you cook or clean,
when you hike or sing,
when you make love - *harrumph* - - - all things can be done in many different qualities...
Always choose the best, the clearest, the purest, most truthfull, the most loving way to do things and your spirituality will progress.
Making love when you are in love is - - - - - many things, - - - - - and it can be the greatest preparation for spiritual practice.
Remember how it was, when your skin touched the skin of your partner for the first time...?
The quality of your experience depends from your ability to focus and to relax at the same time...
This warm hand gently supporting your back... your neck... the lips touching for the first time...
(Careful: There is only one first time... it's most precious!)
Remember the Movie Avatar:
The plants are communicating with each other through light. Every persons steps on the roots would create a fireworks of light, hundreds of signals were runnung through the roots to other plants...
This happens in your body between the cells. A universe on its own...
Focus and relaxation - love and compassion - surrender to the highest quality of your and your partners essence - one-pointedness - let go - enjoy.
hmmm - isn't spirituality exciting? :prpl:
And you know what? You don't even need a partner for that.
And you don't even need to touch yourself.
The fireworks of love is always ready to start, sometimes from the second Chakra, sometimes from the heart.
It's a divine quality - pure - eternal - be with it - enjoy -
Karma yoga is a good technique. Many good experiences possible, no doubt.
You learn to sit still, to focus, you are in the 'Here and Now'.
Be careful not to get caught up in rituals.
In the best case a ritual is a stepping stone -
but very often it becomes a trap.
People stay attached to rituals... and after some time all what's left is an empty form.
Many of the 'serious' Zen-People sit far too heavy on their pillows
to ever open up to the indescribable lightness and love of the spiritual essence.
Don't spend to many years or decades on Zen - there is much more to discover.
Every technique has its values... learn it, grasp the benefit... and go on...
Best wishes, Dogon / Sepia

B. Bhakti Yoga:
This is the path of love and devotion. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhakti_yoga
Concentration on the heart, (4. Chakra).
Bhakti Yogis and Yoginis (that's how you're called when you're on the Journey of love and devotion) see the creation as 'God' spread out in form.
So they not only serve selflessly (to overcome the Ego like in Karma Yoga) they serve out of love and devotion to any aspect of the creation.
Do/did you live Bhakti when you are/were with your kids, in your garden, in nature?
It's always there when your heart widens
maybe because you see the beauty in nature beyond description -
- and every tree seems to smile at you, every insect, or every cell of your body... You are aware that life is full of miracles and you're there in awe.
In Bhakti we often find orientation by addressing our love to 'someone', this might be Jesus or some a great Mystic...
Oh yes, they are around... have always been in all cultures...
like points of orientation. Humans are never left all alone!
But they have to be searched... You have to take the initiative if you want to learn from them.
They don't get involved in worldly things - but grant spiritual freedom.
To mention some of my beloved friends in Heavens:
Anandamayi Ma, Ramana Maharshi, Shri Nisargadatta...
(I'm not so familiar with too many Mystics, of course there are many more.)
Note: Their verbal teaching might not fit into your life, into your culture.
They talked to their audience at that time.
But if we meet them in our meditation - once we're able to open our heart - the highest qualities will be there for us to learn...
All these spiritual qualities are also inside of us - but it is easier to look into a mirror first.
Once this heart-love is lifted up and has become spiritual love you will get in touch with the most precious quality of all.
* * * * * * *
During Bhakti we are often close to tears.
Things touch easily - and the negativity in this world is hard to bear.
(We have to become 'angels', to be in this world and never loose touch with love...)
Those who stay too long on the level of the personal heart and don't reach the spiritual heart often are like little kids, a bit naive, not really on their feet, not balancing out with their head...
Then it is time to bring the concentration up to third eye.
Check out your heart:
Have you been able to give love and compassion to the molecules as described here?
http://nexus.2012info.ca/forum/showthread.php?810-Radiation-A-spiritual-approach
Fine - you are ready for the next step :)
If not - come with us anyway.
I wish you a heartfelt day, Sepia

C. Jnana Yoga: The path of knowledge http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jnana_yoga
This is what I teach.
Jnana leads us to a deep understanding on all levels.
All veils slowly desappear.
We are able to see, to know, to perceive, to understand
because this is our very nature to do so.
The spiritual knowledge makes us strong and humble at the same time.
A little example:
I had the privilege to meet Maharaj Charan Singh (1916 - 1990), a perfect spiritual Master in India.
(The only reason I didn't mention him on my little list earlier was because he is not very well known in the west.)
It was a huge audience, several hundred-thousand people. - The Master would walk on stage together with some other people, like a personal Secretary or maybe an Organizer...
These other people - although they were pure souls - had much more masses or surface (I don't know how to explain...) than the Master himself. There was a significant difference:
The Master seemed to be the most humble person of all of us, and still radiating great dignity at the same time. To experience this is extremely touching...
For most people it is very difficult to recognize spiritual quality.
In our world big Egos are impressive and successful. We are used to recognize Ego-Power and charism - but Spirituality is something completely different...
A truly spiritual person is absolutely open and relaxed, straight forward, no mysteries, no secrets... and for those who search for miracles this simplicity is actually kind of boring :) .
An astral person (means a person who uses astral forces) will always create a fascinating surface.
And for this purpose secrecy suits well: 'I know something that you don't know (because I'm very special) and I will give it to you if you... kiss my feet - or so... Manipulation is the main tool, often difficult to see...
Behind the brilliant surface you will always find lies.
* * * * * * * *
In Jnana Yoga we concentrate on the third eye. This activates pineal and pituitary gland.
Here is the seat of consciousness, the best place to be focused during the day.
From here we can look - into the physical body
- into the world, the reality
- or into the astral universes
- and into the spiritual realms.
If the instinctive leves (first, second, third Chakra) and the feeling-aspect (fourth Chakra) are integrated, we can be at our best in the third eye.
I wish you a great day, Dogon / Sepia
----
Chapter 3: About sleeping and dreaming
People do very different things while sleeping.
-> not even sleeping is that easy
If your third Eye is open or not - that makes the main difference.
A. People with a closed third eye...
About 80% of the world population -
and probably 0,1% of the people here on Nexus :) have a closed third eye.
If it is closed the viewpoint / the focus-point sinks down during sleep and merges with the cells. These people more or less turn into a vegetable during sleep.
(Don't feel offended - it happens to me from time to time as well.)
During the R.E.M. phase they somehow surface and digest emotional issues from their physical lives. This is the original meaning of "dreaming" when we are caught up in self-made stories.
And dream-analyzers will tell you: It's all you. The tree, the bench, the river, the other person who sits with you on this bench - it's you because the images come from inside of you - nobody else around.
This might be true or not - I'm not going into this any deeper, this is the Psychologist's job.
.
B. People with an open third eye...
As soon as your third eye is open and you start doing spiritual work (in a very broad sense) you will mainly enter astral or spiritual universes while your body sleeps.
The astral Universes somehow press in on you...
The spiritual Universes always give you a lot of space and you will get in touch when when the frequency of your consciousness is subtle enough.
(The second is always pleasant so there is no urge to talk about this in detail now, I will do so much later...)
Astral beings have their intentions, emotions, problems -
Spiritual beings are loving and don't want to pull or push you. They will always wait for you to express your free decision.
Astral beings often take us into their own cinema - you may like the movie or not.
They do this, because they don't have a different reality than this one,
or because they are ordered to confuse, frighten or devaluate the dreamer...
Depending from your state of being during the day you will be drawn to a different 'theater', to a different frequency. (There are exceptions to this as well!
Sometimes the astral beings are so powerful, that they enter your space anyway.)
If you are mainly centered in your first Chakra and this one is hurt:
You often have fears about your life, your health, about dying; your existence (Job, house, food, money...) the movie will be all about those issues:
Someone will hunt you - you're standing on a cliff the tiger behind you - someone stole all you possessed - your house is on fire - you loose your job etc.
.
If you are mainly centered in your second Chakra and this one is hurt:
You are emotional about belonging to a group, to the family, you would like everybody liking/loving you... You need a lot of reassurance from others...
Or it is about sexuality: Your desires, you attracting others... feelings of being rejected, hurt, abused...
In your dream you might be thrown out of the group, standing alone, nobody loves you, you might even be ridiculed...
Sexuality: Well, I don't have to tell you about any sexual 'movies'... All is possible on astral level. - As long as you enjoy it, all is fine. But there can be a lot of abuse...
.
If you are mainly centered in your third Chakra and this one is hurt:
You are a fighter, sometimes you win - often you loose.
(That's a rule, it's not only about you. If you fight against 10 people only one can win, and all the others want to have their turn as well - sooner or later - maybe in another lifetime. Law of Karma: you will meet your oponent again...)
You are busy to show how brilliant you are. You create a golden surface around your Ego and try to polish it every day.
(Very demanding - better let go of it.
As humans we are never perfect. As beings we have always been and will always be.)
Okay back to topic.
If centered in the third Chakra you will fight even more on astral plane. And believe me, there will always be one that is stronger than you! Those who don't have bodies fight with different means...
The real solution is to do deep healing work on Chakra 1, 2, 3. Once they are enlightened one cannot take you into these cinemas.
This work we will start in the next chapter.
Solutions that I can offer at this moment
Before you go to sleep clean up your day. (You might call it Psycho-Hygienic)
Find love inside of you - or calmness, serenity...
Of course the best is to feel spiritual, unconditional love inside of you.
It's there, because it is the quality of your very core.
This changes your vibration in a way that you are no longer detectable for astral beings. -
.
Give yourself a program: "I wake up when I'm drawn into an astral cinema!"
Once you wake up, you can then consciously finish your dream.
Remember what Morpheus said to Neo? (MATRIX)
"Some laws can be bent, some can be broken!"
This is it!
Do it in an awake state. This shall be your training!
Soon you will be able to do it in your dreams as well (lucid dreaming).
Then it will no longer be necessairy, because you will no longer have this kind of dreams.
Examples:
If the tiger is behind you - spread your wings and fly.
If someone follows you and wants to shoot you - all right - turn around, spread your arms, say: "Do it! - You cannot kill me, because I'm an eternal being." - Be aware that you don't have a physical body to protect. Nothing will happen. (Has to be trained.)
If you run behind the train - not needed. You can place yourself where ever you want to be.
Have fun finishing your dreams in the most pleasant possible way.
See you soon, Dogon / Sepia :)

Chapter 4: Chakras: Overview. Personal chakras, astral and spiritual levels.
Our personal Chakras are manifestations within your body
and represent a spiritual or astral quality of consciousness.
This means before these bodies existed at all - an extremely long time ago, or just before we incarnated or after we have left a body, these realms, these universes always exist.
(To be more precise: only the spiritual realms are truly unperishable... the astral spheres are more closely related to time and space. )
Most often 'dead people' will more or less continue to do what they did on earth within the astral spheres - (very similar to what I described above on dreaming.) They just get involved into similar games as they played here on earth.
For those who are longing for love the spiritual spheres might be accessible for a certain time. But all will return as long as attachments are existing, as long as there is unsolved Karma.
Karma can have such a strong 'magnetic' force that there is not much choice of where to incarnate...
But all can be solved in this very life.
Free beings also sometimes chose to come back into this game again... -
But more often they choose to offer their love and wisdom and assist all those who want to get free - with no exception. (They are certainly not the ones who punish...)
* * * * * * *
The following model I have created over 10 years ago.
It represents a two-dimensional overview about a complex reality. -
It's just a model not more, not less. But some of the logic becomes obvious.
http://ruth-huber.ch/model_en.gif
http://ruth-huber.ch/model_en.gif
----
Chapter 4 B: How the chakras and the realms relate to eachother
The instinctive Chakras relate to the astral realms:
First Chakra relates to level 7
Second Chakra relates to level 8
Third Chakra relates to level 9
Compare it to an analog clock or an astrological chart
and how the hours / the houses are opposite to each other.
The next three Chakras relate to the spiritual realms, to your higher self
forth Chakra relates to level 10: means the personal love and unconditional love are closely related.
fifth Chakra relates to level 11: playfulness, joy, dance with sound, light, movement...
sixth Chakra relates to level 12: In the third Eye we have an overview over this level of existence, on level 12 we have the complete spiritual overview.
And here you reach the Essence, the numinous
If we withdraw in the deepest meditation every attachment and lean towards the numinous within us we might be overwhelmed by an indescribable bliss...
and if we allow it we will merge into the numinous...
The "I" will die - for some seconds or minutes or hours - (duration doesn't make any difference).
And we will be 'reborn' knowing who we truly are and where we come from.

Hi Dragon, I really appreciate your lectures. I would like to add a statement....
often I have a feeling that I am in kind of game - current reality. Everyone around me is helping me to play it and to understand it. Just like movie "the game". But it is not a shared play.
At the point you know the rules it becomes easier. You don't fall into the traps, so speak. The funny thing is that "bad" is not bad and viceversa for good. You have to be very vise to use negative polarity. At the end you have to. Who preaches about total love, in my opinion is not in knowledge. Love has also negative connotation.
I interpret dreams like timeout. Normally you are out of your body. Exactly the same as movie avatar. There are different levels of these experiences. Just like you described. It depends how much energy you have within to enter in particular "room".

Hi Serpent
Thank you for adding your statement and taking part on my thread.
:) My name here is Dogon. This is an african tribe, great culture, with ancestors coming from Sirius B.
It might be worth to check it out.
Best wishes, Dogon
Hello Dogon,
Besides an apple, are there any particular symbols to focus on that have an added benefit to health of body and spirit while exercising the third eye?
Thank you my dearest for re-igniting a passion... a dream that has been ignored while pursuing a mid life crisis. heheheh

Chapter 4 C: Personal Chakras 1 - 6 in different qualities
Every single Chakra can be enlightened.
But at the beginning of our work they might be in many different states:
The Chakra can be in use (by you) - or not.
It is well possible, that one or even two or three of these tools have not yet been 'taken' by the owner of the body, so there is 'nobody at home'.
.
If we have taken the tools, means we are present in a Chakra
- it can still be almost empty - or it can have too much energy -
so we are either in need or in overflow
.
A Chakra can be relaxed or tight
.
Often a Chakra is wounded
.
Sometimes Chakras are overpopulated
which means that other beings have taken a seat in one of the Chakras...
It's better to free these beings and become a proper owner of this body and of all the energetic centers.
(At the moment "freeing beings" cannot be our issue - but by deciding, that you take this body for yourself you are all ready in a stronger situation and get more space.)
My definition of an enlightened Chakra is the following:
We have experienced many different qualities and we found ways to really heal these wounds (not to just brush the issue under the carpet)...
.
...and finally we find yourselves in a balanced or even blissfull, relaxed quality.
We are fully aware of your inner richness and are self-sustaining.
Of course we are social beings and exchange with others on all levels, this is our nature as humans.
But we are not emotionally dependent.
And now it is really time to get practical :)
----
Chapter 5 A: Practical work with the first Chakra
The first Chakra has instinctive Quality:
Survival and existence are the topics here.
It is a male center, willing to fight or flight: The Adrenaline helps us to react by reflex -
only later on we will think also.
Thinking is not first Chakra's task.
Wether a person runs or fights depends from training, age, emotional or mental conditioning...
For some a spider is enough to run for others even a crododile wakes up fighting instincts.
This center is there to protect our body.
During birth this Chakra is definitely active - but should be able to relax later on.
Note: Many people love adrenaline pulsating through their system: I'm not going into this, because it doesn't support spiritual Meditation.
Exercise for the first Chakra
Sit solid on your chair or pillow - and in this body.
As a spiritual being that you are you slip right into this suit.
Inhale into your third eye - hold for some seconds - exhale and visualize the energy running down through your body and into the ground. Repeat until you feel the ground under your feet and the flow of energy through the system. (5 minutes maybe. I prefer short sequences to stay playful.)
Be aware, that the lower part of your body is building a bowl,
fill it with energy, fill it with your presence. (Keep the focus in the third eye.)
If you perceive a relaxed solidness everything is fine.
If it tingles it is in survival-mode and might need some calming work.
Maybe you are able to communicate to this chakra, that it is safe at the moment (I hope you are...)
and that you as a being take responsibility.
For the long-term questions of survival you better use your head!
If you say: "This is my body" - "This is my life" - does it ring true? Have you taken it?
Are you willing to look after your body?
Are you willing to take responsibility for your existence?
-> or do you delegate the responsibility? Should others take care?
As far as you are able to do so, you should take this responsibilities yourself.
This is a source of great strength.
This is how you get on your own ground and are no longer standing on someone else's ground.
This center will be quiet and solid when we feel safe.
For every person this means something completely different.
So find out, what you need to feel safe - and still know, that you will die one day.
With my best wishes, Dogon / Sepia
Besides an apple, are there any particular symbols to focus on that have an added benefit to health of body and spirit while exercising the third eye?
It is lovely to have you here, Chuck :)
The apple was really just meant as an example to find our from where you look. This position is the third eye.
And at the beginning it can move a little bit up or down, forward or backward until we have settled into it. Then usually the position stays the same.
I personally had a lot of benefit by visualizing a candle-light there...
Today I don't need any of these visualizations anymore. Instead I somehow sink inside into my inner bliss...
or I do specific work. Some of that I will explain later.
Best wishes :)
----
Chapter 5 A: Addendum to the first Chakra
Fear is the emotion that belongs to the first Chakra.
Please note: Greed is not the right answer to fear.
Greed has been the driving force for a lot of destruction happening on this planet
and is createing tremendous suffering specially for the third world countries.
It is desirable to lead a simple and truthful life which (once multiplied thousands of times) would significantly improve the quality of this planet.
The first Chakra can learn to feel safe, once we realize
> the impermanence of the incarnated life and
> the permanence of spiritual existence.
Then fear can be transformed into trust.
----
Chapter 5 B: Practical work with the second Chakra
It is a female center, situated between pubic bone and navel and part of the Instinct-triad:
1 Chakra: Physical survival
2 Chakra: Emotional survival and sexuality, Symbioses
3 Chakra: Getting a safe space, a safe playing field.
The perfect scene for this Chakra:
A newborn baby well fed and soundly sleeping in its Mother's arms.
The water-element which is the ruler of this center, always searches its vessel and like the rain rushing over the street it mixes with all what is there.
To prevent to get lost in the 'soup of emotions around us' it's advisable to keep the water-element within the lower part of body.
Often sexual desire is projected on to others. Please note that this is felt and might not be welcomed out there.
Different states of the second Chakra:
Chakra not in use: Sensuality is missing, sexuality has an almost technical quality.
.
The Chakra has not enough energy and/or is wounded:
The constant hunger for acceptance makes this person most seducible.
One nice word, the right kind of compliment and this person is yours, ready to be manipulated :ohwell:
For a person with a needy second Chakra the definition is:
> "Only if you love me...
> "Only if you admire what I am or what I do...
> "Only if I feel your sexual desire for me... I can allow myself to be, to exist."
.
The Chakra has too much energy: Most probable this person will be over-sexualized.
.
The Chakra is filled with energy, is relaxed and happy -
which is enlightenment on this level.
Sensuality will be well integrated:
It is a sensual pleasure to smell, taste, see, touch or hear...
.
Healthy self-acceptance and self-esteem.
This person is not emotionally depending from other peoples smile and complement.
An enlightened second Chakra is the source of a constant, very pure childlike joy, that comes along with everything we do.
.
On the other hand the "victim-state" is well known
and is the result of a desperate second Chakra.
To heal it is the really hard lesson.
Exercise for the second Chakra
Sit straight or lay down and put your hands on your belly (below the navel),
feel the movement of the breath under your hands.
.
Become aware of this bowl that the lower part of your body is building,
and bring your water-element / the second-Chakra-Energy
back from the world and from other people and back into your belly.
.
Bring back your tentakles - (energetic hands holding on to...)
if you have them going to your kids, to your friends, to your beloved.
.
Can you give yourself what you expect from them?
.
Are you able to be your best friend? Yes, try to be your best friend!
.
It is simple after a day of success, when things worked out great... you will congratulate yourself.
.
But being your best friend is even more important, if something went wrong or if somebody has criticized you.
.
Treat yourself well, you need it. (Don't depend from others.)
.
Find the things that can be changed... but than imagine that you 'put your arm around your shoulders' as you would do to your best friend, knowing:
.
"It is okay to make mistakes. We don't need to be perfect. I'm not gonna stab myself into the back."
.
As soon as you stop criticizing yourself your lower belly will relax and your intestines and other organs will work much better.
..
Already heard the happy gurgle of the intestines?
.
Bring the water back to your belly. That's how we become whole - instead of being half of a relationship.
.
'Meeting' is better than 'mixing'!
.
.
I wish you a happy belly, Dogon / Sepia
 dogon, this thread is a breath of fresh air............and on that note folks.......breath.......from your entire body (give those chakras a good work out), feel it tuning into the greater rythm and connecting with intent, its wonderful and energising
so BREATH really let the 'divine' energy flow.
----
Chapter 5 C: Practical work with the third Chakra, Solar Plexus
The third Chakra, Solar Plexus is located between the navel and the breastbone,
and is the last one of the instinctive Triad. Element: Fire, male quality.
After the baby has slept in its Mother's arm long enough (Water-Element)
it's time for the Fire-Element's:
The baby pushes itself away from the Mother
to get more space - and starts looking around.
The fire-element influences the eyes:
If you have a lot of fire, your tendency will be to get angry easily
- and most probably you will be farsighted.
With weak fire-element you're tending towards sadness
- and most probably are nearsighted.
The Solar Plexus is a very important turning point on our journey
and is often underestimated or criticized for its edginess.
Sometimes it is unpleasant to be around people who struggles on this level, but:
Third Chakra struggles could be seen as birth-signs of the personality. :)
Fire is needed for a little kid to say NO when the Mother sais Yes.
During adolescence it's needed to say: "This is my life. I do what I want. I decide myself."
And it is this power that enforces emotional decisions so we are able to say: "I", "Me", "No...", "No more!"
If a jung adult is courageous enough to take this power, to take a standpoint which is different to what the parents say, to make decisions just for themselves, they are able to take their life and make it their own.
The fire-element enables us to leave the herd of sheep.
(So we can assume that we find many strong Solar-People on this Forum.)
Different states of the third Chakra:
The Chakra not in use: This person is not able to take a stand and is weak in conflicts.
.
The Chakra has not enough energy: Often these people stay quiet for too long and then suddenly explode... and feel extremely guilty afterwards.
.
The Chakra has too much energy - Choleric temperament: Too loud, too hard, too self-centered. A Solar-Plexus like a mine-field, explosions happen on a daily base.
(Even worse if mixed with alcohol.)
.
If anger is lived out without control we can expect that there are also some angry beings sitting in the Chakras who enforce the anger - happy to be able to express their own emotions. This is the case, if someone sais: "I don't know, what came over me, I completely lost control. I don't even remember what I said or did.
If the Chakra is worked through: This person has learned to control the fire and is no longer controlled by the fire.
.
Enlightened Solar Plexus: The power of the Solar Plexus most of the time has a very gentle quality and has become the servant of the heart and the third eye.
We could imagine a black-belt martial art person, who knows how fast and how effective he is. He can relax and be very loving - there is still enough time to get up if there is trouble around.
He uses his power for defence, but never for attack.
.
Remember what Luke Skywalker had to learn: Never let the anger rule your fight!
(My words, I saw the movie in German.)
Once we have mastered our aggression, very seldom someone else will act aggressivly against us. Even animals and little kids love this kind of gentle fire.
A solid ground for lots of love.
Excessive fire
-> can be balanced by Sports.
-> Fresh cold water, cucumbers, melons, lemon, oranges, peppermint etc. cool your fire down.
To heat the fire up use hot spices (cinnamon, pepper, ginger...), Carbohydrates...
(Caffein if your body allows it.)
(Ayurveda and chinese medicine give much more precise descriptions.)
----
If we can trust our ability to say NO will be able to open up the heart to say Yes.
Embrace your Power!
Love, Dogon / Sepia
----
A nice metaphor: The personal Chakras can be seen as the internal family.
Our 2 Chakra has the characteristics of a little girl, wants to lean on to someone strong, can easily fall into a victim-state and complain - but can be lovely, charming, playfully singing and dancing...
.
Our 3 Chakra has the characteristics of a little boy: sometimes angry, fighting, using words, taking an emotional stand - or will learn to positively use it's strength and power.
.
Our 4 Chakra has the characteristics of 'the' mother: (archetypically seen) let me go into this a little later.
.
Our 5 Chakra has the characteristics of 'the' father: (archetypically seen) let me go into this a little later.
.
In this metaphor our first Chakra represents part of the instinct - so it could be seen as our dog.
- I hope you love dogs.
We as spiritual beings live within this body
and take care of the whole internal family with the pet :)
If we do it well all members can be at their best:
wounds can be healed,
there is progress and growth...
and the personality develops towards its potential.
This work can be very satisfying - or even fun - because we quickly get results.
Best wishes, Sepia / Dogon
----
Chapter 5 D: Practical work with the fourth Chakra, the heart.
Element: air - female quality - the archetypical mother
Feeling: compassion
Challenge: to let go of attachments and pride.
Yes I know, it all looks like 'the hard way' -
Good that the members of this forum know that our prison-planet is highly protected. The net is very fine, a 'cheap' escape is not possible. 'Feeling good' is not enough to get free.
In order to get free we have to become what we are: pure spiritual beings.
And this is not an easy task.
As long as the instinctive Chakras (1 - 3) are not worked through, the frequency of our consciousness is very dense and will keep us within the astral spheres. We stay vulnerable and deceivable unless we have cleared these issues.
(Greed, anger, hate, narcissistic pride, egotism, delegating responsibilities, holding on to lies... there are many aspects that might need healing.)
On a truthful ground of balanced instinctive Chakras (1-3) we are ready for a new Chapter. -
In the heart the most important opening and transformation can take place .
The heart is sensitive and tender by nature - and we all have been hurt...
Loosing friends, being let down or betrayed, being lied at is part of life on this planet.
This kind of pain can be an important motivation on our spiritual journey:
- At first there is pain, we see ourselves as victims.
- Than we start to lean towards our higher self and learn that we ARE loved, always...
- We allow our hearts to be filled and learn to fully embrace ourselves...
- no longer expecting the healing from others (they are busy with themselves.).
- And finally we learn, that compassion allows us to be tender and strong at the same time
- like the archetypical Mother.
And more pain will come - and more growth is needed - and is possible...
The diamond gets polished. Our enemies will make sure that the tiniest impurity will be cleared at the end - if we take this challenge.
The heart in different states:
Some people over-compensate:
They act from an empty heart, do many good things, hope to get from others what is missing inside. Their smile might seem sweet - but there is still the emptiness underneath.
- Very sad to see... All this longing...
The world will never heal these hearts - the nurturing source is inside.
.
Some have overflowing heart energy
and are compulsively giving 'love'.
This can be difficult to bear and often drives people away...
Giving and taking should somehow be in balance.
We're not doing anybody a favor by giving too much.
(Situations are different, so 'too much' also means different things.),
and we are not doing ourselves a favor by taking too much.
Everything has its prize... doesn't have to be money...
.
Some have covered their heart with a thick layer of concrete.
They decided never to suffer again from this horrible heart-pain they expierenced earlier - usually before this lifetime.
Some would even prefer to die - or to kill - just to prevent the suffering.
(When they are loved their layer of concrete starts to crumble and brings them in danger to feel...)
When I was young my question always was: 'Do I love enough?'
Only later I learned another important question:
'How much love is the other person able to accept?'
.
Some have healed all the wounds and have reached enlightenment of the heart.
.
A lot of courage is needed and many tears are shed until we are able to truly forgive and ask for forgiveness. - We have to go very close and feel the pain and agony from the killed, tortured, neglected... the suffering of the animals, plants and even of matter.
(as I described here: http://nexus.2012info.ca/forum/showthread.php?810-Radiation-A-spiritual-approach)
This whole process will transform our personality.
Perferctly nurtured by our very essence
the heart is overflowing into the world and never gets empty again.
We will change - and our quality of love will change.
.
No, it is not specially exciting. We go step by step.
No, there is no magic trick.
And no, it's most likely nothing that we do in a weekend-seminar.
It's no technique, it's love. And it only works if it is true and honest.
It is a high prize - but it's the start to spiritual freedom. :)
With all my compassion, Sepia
(I wished it was easier - but it would be a lie...

Hi Dogon
Thank you for sharing this. It's nice to find other techniques to get the energy moving, creating a better balance. Releasing the fears is only as hard as we make it, letting go of something which protects isn't always easy. But the more balanced energy that we have, the better we can deal with the next moment.
Thanks again

This is such a wonderful thread. I cannot thank you enough, Dogon.
Your words are kind, radiant and palpable.
Love the metaphor of the chakras being an internal family.
It reminded me of a quote I read a while back...
"The body is a big sagacity, a plurality with one sense, a war and a peace, a flock and a shepherd."
~Friedrich Nietzsche
I am looking forward to "meeting" the rest of the family. :)

Compassion Practices
Morning ritual.
Greet each morning with a ritual. Try this one, suggest by the Dalai Lama: ?Today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings, I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others, I am going to benefit others as much as I can.? Then, when you?ve done this, try one of the practices below.
Empathy Practice.
The first step in cultivating compassion is to develop empathy for your fellow human beings. Many of us believe that we have empathy, and on some level nearly all of us do. But many times we are centered on ourselves (I?m no exception) and we let our sense of empathy get rusty. Try this practice: Imagine that a loved one is suffering. Something terrible has happened to him or her. Now try to imagine the pain they are going through. Imagine the suffering in as much detail as possible. After doing this practice for a couple of weeks, you should try moving on to imagining the suffering of others you know, not just those who are close to you.
Commonalities practice.
Instead of recognizing the differences between yourself and others, try to recognize what you have in common. At the root of it all, we are all human beings. We need food, and shelter, and love. We crave attention, and recognition, and affection, and above all, happiness. Reflect on these commonalities you have with every other human being, and ignore the differences. One of my favorite exercises comes from a great article from Ode Magazine ? it?s a five-step exercise to try when you meet friends and strangers. Do it discreetly and try to do all the steps with the same person. With your attention geared to the other person, tell yourself:
Step 1: ?Just like me, this person is seeking happiness in his/her life.?
Step 2: ?Just like me, this person is trying to avoid suffering in his/her life.?
Step 3: ?Just like me, this person has known sadness, loneliness and despair.?
Step 4: ?Just like me, this person is seeking to fill his/her needs.?
Step 5: ?Just like me, this person is learning about life.?
Relief of suffering practice.
Once you can empathize with another person, and understand his humanity and suffering, the next step is to want that person to be free from suffering. This is the heart of compassion ? actually the definition of it. Try this exercise: Imagine the suffering of a human being you?ve met recently. Now imagine that you are the one going through that suffering. Reflect on how much you would like that suffering to end. Reflect on how happy you would be if another human being desired your suffering to end, and acted upon it. Open your heart to that human being and if you feel even a little that you?d want their suffering to end, reflect on that feeling. That?s the feeling that you want to develop. With constant practice, that feeling can be grown and nurtured.
Act of kindness practice.
Now that you?ve gotten good at the 4th practice, take the exercise a step further. Imagine again the suffering of someone you know or met recently. Imagine again that you are that person, and are going through that suffering. Now imagine that another human being would like your suffering to end ? perhaps your mother or another loved one. What would you like for that person to do to end your suffering? Now reverse roles: you are the person who desires for the other person?s suffering to end. Imagine that you do something to help ease the suffering, or end it completely. Once you get good at this stage, practice doing something small each day to help end the suffering of others, even in a tiny way. Even a smile, or a kind word, or doing an errand or chore, or just talking about a problem with another person. Practice doing something kind to help ease the suffering of others. When you are good at this, find a way to make it a daily practice, and eventually a throughout-the-day practice.
Those who mistreat us practice.
The final stage in these compassion practices is to not only want to ease the suffering of those we love and meet, but even those who mistreat us. When we encounter someone who mistreats us, instead of acting in anger, withdraw. Later, when you are calm and more detached, reflect on that person who mistreated you. Try to imagine the background of that person. Try to imagine what that person was taught as a child. Try to imagine the day or week that person was going through, and what kind of bad things had happened to that person. Try to imagine the mood and state of mind that person was in ? the suffering that person must have been going through to mistreat you that way. And understand that their action was not about you, but about what they were going through. Now think some more about the suffering of that poor person, and see if you can imagine trying to stop the suffering of that person. And then reflect that if you mistreated someone, and they acted with kindness and compassion toward you, whether that would make you less likely to mistreat that person the next time, and more likely to be kind to that person. Once you have mastered this practice of reflection, try acting with compassion and understanding the next time a person treats you. Do it in little doses, until you are good at it. Practice makes perfect.
Evening routine.
Take a few minutes before you go to bed to reflect upon your day. Think about the people you met and talked to, and how you treated each other. Think about your goal that you stated this morning, to act with compassion towards others. How well did you do? What could you do better? What did you learn from your experiences today? And if you have time, try one of the above practices and exercises.
These compassionate practices can be done anywhere, any time. At work, at home, on the road, while traveling, while at a store, while at the home of a friend or family member. By sandwiching your day with a morning and evening ritual, you can frame your day properly, in an attitude of trying to practice compassion and develop it within yourself. And with practice, you can begin to do it throughout the day, and throughout your lifetime.

Sepia/Dogon: I have just finished copying and pasting this entire thread (minus the comments) into a word file. I am going to print it out after arranging it page by page for easy reading and give it to my son. He has only become interested in this part of our existance since learning about what the powers that be have planned for us. He will enjoy this and take it to heart.
Thank you so much for putting this here and thank you so much for being you. I have been on those astral planes and met the astral beings and yes they are not as patient as one might like. But I have also met the spiritual ones who have taught me actually since age 40. They are patient and kind. They never push, rush or tire. They gently (my experience) show me things to make me stop and think about. Some things they showed me took me years to grow enough to understand what the heck they were trying to tell me without telling me. And when it hits you its like Zing zing how could I have been so slow to know this. Some things had immediate meaning but years to actually happen. Like today I was told about in 1980. How could anyone in 1980 understand a message that could only be understood today. Thank you Thank you Thank you....Emma
ps I also met a group of ? monks somewhere in the mix. They were impatient with me because according to them, they wanted me to wake up to 'who I am' They kept asking me over and over "Sue, are you sure you are still not ready to remember these meetings when 'you wake up'." And I would hear myself saying to them, "yes I am sure I am not ready to remember these meetings when I wake up". Then a heavy curtain would come crashing down pulling all the information they had given to me away leaving only the memory of meeting them. I can still see them so well in my minds eye. All dressed just alike with long brown robes and looked just alike. I was not just asleep, but was asleep and Out of Body, and on another plane, or dimension. This was always true when I had so many meetings with so many entities. I wrote about it and thank good it is all in an old journal I used to keep. Truly truly.....we are not alone. We just think we are.
"
Dear Emma
Your words make my heart sing.
-> Now I want to move forward, post the missing articles so that this thread on Nexus is at the same level as on Avalon-Forum.
I privately call them with a smile: The two sides of the holy river Ganges.

Thank you for your interest.

Chapter 5 E: Practical work with the fifth Chakra, the throat
----
The fifth Chakra is located at the throat, and has a male quality
Element: Akasha, Ether (actually it is consciousness); all the four elements come together,
four pieces that build a round cake: earth, water, fire, air.
Each of the 'fragments' also stands for an emotion - but Akasha is not emotional.
Here is the archetypical father: rational, creative, outgoing, solution-oriented...
The akasha - element manifesteds in many different ways:
If we look through this 'window' into the world we are able to see very clearly.
If centered here we are rational: so we are able to analyze and to come to conclusions.
The fifth Chakra can be sharp like a sword - so we are able to make clear decisions.
Akasha allows us to create unusual, surprising, great visions...
There is playfulnes, lightness and so we are able to find solutions for all kinds of challenges.
If we have learned to use this tool we are practical enough to manifest things according to our visions: build a fountain, write a book…
We find ways to communicate, verbally and nonverbally.
So all this means: We can be really good in many things.
And right there is the biggest danger:
Once we have realised 'how great we are' our Ego might start to grow enormously. - Some people always want to be in the brightest light on stage, and want to get all the admiration and all the awards.
...and get more and more lonely,
because they are surrounded by fans and followers but don't have friends.
This is a 'famous' trap... and spirituality silently disappears behind the horizon....
Questions for the fifth Chakra:
If you have a tendency for bad throat, ask yourself:
Is there anything I don't analyze clearly? (Am I affraid to do so because I would have to change my life?)
.
Have I already seen and understood - but I hesitate to take the consequences?
(For instance we stay too long in a bad relationship because we fear loneliness…)
.
Is something ready to be communicated but I don't dare to do so?
(Sometimes we prefere to stay silent because we fear to hurt the other person… but by doing so we stop growth.)
.
Is the creativity blocked? Am I in need of a new and positive vision for the future?
(Very often talking to others helps: Other people, other ideas!)
Different states of the fifth Chakra:
The Chakra is not in use:
May be the Solar Plexus takes the male function, and so this person is emotional and acting like a stubbern little boy.
Or if the Solar is also weak and both of these important male qualities are missing, decisions cannot be made, clear focus is not possible.
.
The Chakra has not enough energy:
These people have little trust into the qualities mentioned above.
They mistrust their perseption and their ability to differentiate. They even are affraid to differentiate, because they think it is the same as judging. So they take themselves back, don't say much (it could be wrong…)
(If this is you: find someone who gives you honest feedback and is able to encourage you.)
.
The Chakra has too much energy:
This people are sharp and clear, quickly criticize and definitely 'know' how things have to be done… There is only one right way... so they believe!
They constantly teach, if asked or not and permanently prove that they are and know better than others.
Too sharp, too hard, too self-centered.
Very similar to the third Charkra but more adult, sharp but not emotional.
.
If the Chakra is worked through: This person knows many things and is practical enough to manifest.
.
Enlightened throat Chakra: It is fully developed but is the servant of the third eye… It adds something to a discussion if it is the 'right' moment and a crucial thing which might had been forgotten otherwise - but not to prove how extraordinary one is. -
So this fifth Ch. doesn't really stick out but every now and then adds something which changes the course of things - like pushing a wheel in the exact right moment, effortlessly.
Since here is the biggest danger to get lost in self-pleasing egotisme,
it is highly important that the fifth Chakra has its roots in the heart (compassion)
and is serving the third eye, which has (in the best case) a wise overview.
Heart and throat Chakra give a very good team.
The heart on its own can sometimes be a bit silly *- to be smart is not it's job :)
and the throat on its own can be hard and selfish.
Together they can be really great.
Best wishes, Dogon / Sepia
*Footnote: I'm talking about the fourth Chakra in its personal quality; the spritual heart will be described later.
----
Chapter 5 F: The sixth Chakra, the third Eye
----
The third Eye is located between your ears…
somewhere in the middle of your head - and not at your forehead.
It can move backward or forward, or upwards and downwards a bit,
specially if you just start concentrating here.
'Sit into' your third eye - and always find the position where you feel most comfortable.
(Please compare Post 5)
Here is the first connection-point once we enter this body as a soul-being.
Most often the third eye closes down soon...
Astral forces often give children a hard time, frighten them at night, so they feel small and helpless, forget their spirituality and shut down... The more light these children bring, the more threat they have to confront.
(With necessary spiritual knowledge these children can be supported...)
The third eye cannot be compared to any other Chakra:
It is neither male nor female.
It is not emotional.
We could say it is Akasha-Element,
- but I prefere to compare it with pure light
- and in this analogy the other Chakras can be seen as colors of the rainbow.
It's the place of wisdom.
It's the doorway to highest spirituality.
:) Dogon / Sepia
I really don't understand any of this.....sorry guys.

More on the Third Eye:
Most people start by internally looking to the third eye.
But at some point this changes, and you are at this spot looking from there.
Then you decide if you want to look into your body, into the world or into the astral or spiritual spheres.
(The position of the viewpoint could also be moved outside of the body
- but I would like to talk about this later.)
Different states of the third Eye:
The third eye is closed and with this the doorway to spirituality.
People operate through the lower chakras, and easily get lost in the up and down of there emotions, their attachments or projects and assume that this is what life is all about.
.
The third eye is cut off from the lower Chakras:
Often these people are only in touch with their intellect. We see this in that kind of scientific thinking which is far away from any spiritual truth.
.
The third eye is connected to all the other Chakras:
So each Chakra is part of the team and shares it's experience and understanding. The third eye can be seen as the captain. And with all this support he can really be wise.
.
Enlightened third eye:
This is only possible, when each of the other Chakras is also enlightened.
Enlightenment for the personal Chakras means:
- The broad scale of characteristics of a Chakra are experienced.
We have experienced the 'too little' and the 'too much' and have gone through Thesis and Antithesis.
.
- We have learned to reach Synthesis, which is always more than Thesis and Antithesis together.
.
- We have taken all our tentacles back with which we were holding on to others and were delegating responsibilities.
.
We live a truthful, simple life - meaning we're not aiming for Ego power...
If this lifestyle would be multiplied the world would be a better place.
- We are all relaxed, fulfilled in all centers and - 'happy' - - - lack of another word...
So here we have reached the Middle-Station, so to speak :)
----
In Meditation, when we pass the doorway of the third eye -
it happens that we find ourselves out there in a vast universe, not knowing where to aim to.
It can be a tremendously frightening experience -
I would love to give more guidance through the astral and spiritual realms in the chapters to come.
Best wishes, Dogon / Sepia :)

Chapter 7: Lowest astral, Level 7
----
On level 7 we are very close to matter - just beside it - so to speak.
Those who act on this level mostly do it with the intention to influence matter
or to interact with the physical universe.
Many dead people cling onto their bodies or onto the things they possessed, because that is all they 'have'.
They haven't learned to perceive themselves as spiritual beings and so they don't 'exist' as such.
.
Lost souls who can only hold on to matter.
Once I was asked to free a wealthy woman who died in an accident...
I found her between her rich collection of expensive dresses... - Finally she agreed to come with me into the spiritual spheres where she could have realized what a divine being she once had been... I did my best, but she wasn't really interested and a few weeks later I found her back again between her dresses (actually it was just her memory of them - because the real ones were no longer there).
If the identification with the physical body is not freed, the being of the dead
will stay in the hospital, where the body died
.
might return to the house of their childhood
.
if they believed that eternal life means to live within the children they cling onto their childrens body...
This can bring suffering to a whole family.
And in our culture not many know how to communicate with the dead...
.
some learn to move objects, give a feeling of a cold breeze to those still alive, move candlelights... (Poltergeist)
.
They are lost and so desperate that the most important thing for them is that someone sees them.
So do them a favor and tell them:
"I see you! - But you are dead.
Do you remember how your body died? -
You're no longer belonging to our world.
Leave your body behind - you will have a different one, if you ever come again."
(I will pick up this communication with the dead sometimes later.)
Techniques belonging to this level:
'Astral Traveling' is possible on all astral levels.
.
On level 7 you travel with heavy luggage. You somehow 'role' out of your body, take a lot of your 'energy' with you, and therefore can make yourself seen or can even touch people in a way they think you are physically present.
.
Diagnosis: It needs some practice, but then you will be able to see into the physical body: sliped disks, stones...
This is a very natural ability which every good physio- or massage-Therapist develops. The information just very naturally comes - one could call it intuition.
.
If you start 'receiving' information from astral beings it is a different story because it'll make you dependent. Not recommendable.
.
Operations, like practiced by the Philippines and others... (a question of preference. One of the famous healers once said: This method was set up for our people. They like to see blood...)
.
Certain kind of healing: You are able to move energy with your willpower, to make pain go away using your intention. (Not recommendable.)
.
The kind of clairvoyance which concentrates on matter: finding keys, important papers...
.
If a persons energy very much vibrates on this level the physical matter starts to react: Lightbulbs explode, glasses break without being touched, electric devices start or stop out of the blue. - And if your Computer starts to react you really get into trouble...
.
The energetic quality from level 7 is really coarse -
.
I wouldn't recommend to train these things - it's just not worth it.
These abilities have no spiritual value at all and most likely will bring you into a lot of (karmic) trouble.
If we use this power to 'heal' other people, we have to know, that the same amount of energy will also come back like a pendulum that swings back.
With other words you are going to pay a very high prize...
There are more valuable things to come :)
Best wishes, Dogon / Sepia

----
An important Question that came up on the other side of the holy river Ganges:
I would just like to add that you may have forgotten about one of the most important Chakra of all: the crown chakra, located at the top of the head.
No - no I haven't forgotten anything.
It took me years to figure this one out...
Nothing of the precious content and meaning that you (and many) associate with the top of the head is lost or ignored... It's just defined differently because
The first level after the third eye is the lowest astral sphere.
.
1. The top of the head is the place where mental programming is positioned.
This is the 'gift' of those who manufactured these bodies, and the whole programming is still going on.
.
For instant:
Woman-Man-Program, which brought a lot of suffering to humanity for thousands of years and still does...
All the lies that turn true spirituality - which could free people - into a religion in which people are caught by suppression.
Some examples:
- Jesus died for your sins. - Did he really? Wasn't he just killed? Don't you have to take responsibility for the things you did yourself?
- Or God-Father, an old man with white beard in heavens...
- and on top of this basic programming others can easily be put.
2. People who concentrate on the top of the head get into trouble.
Please compare: Gopi Krishna: 'Kundalini' just as an example.
3. Mystics use the doorway of the third Eye
and go one step furter and because they are so pure at heart end up in highest spirituality.
They resonate with the upper octave of the heart, throat or third eye, which are level 10, 11 and 12.
4. The two glands pituitary and pineal -
- are very close together and on the same level. Both will be activated if you concentrate on the third eye.
5. Level 7 is 'Little Johns dreamland'.
On Level 7 you get what you expect, because you end up in your own mental creation
- or - unfortunately and unavoidable you also encounter the astral creation of others.
----
If dead people are on this level, they show themselves with the same form of body (often with the same pain they had when alive) because they duplicate it. They still believe in matter and create an astral image of it.
----
These are a few reasons on which I based my system... I spent years researching all these things, and many others did together with me.
I hope this answer can be a hypothesis for your own research.
Best wishes, Dogon / Sepia

Chapter 8: Second astral level = Level 8
The most famous trap on a spiritual journey.
It is a huge astral universe, where emotions are most important:
the desire to be loved
to be honored and acknowledged
hunger to belong somewhere
sexual drive ad infinitum, every color you can think of - or can't because you're not perverted... (not of relevance for all)
some search because they are in need and get dependent
some offer and create dependency.
All kinds of sensations are possible, tremendous sweetness, shivering of heat, feeling of expansion, of becoming one with others, sexual excitement, overwhelming joy, outburst of different emotions...
(I don't have enough words to describe.)
No wonder that the eyes of those involved are glowing with exitement - often seen in the faces of 'esoteric -' and 'new-age-people' all over the place...
And if it feels so strong - it must be true, doesn't it? (irony)
.
.
And it is all an illusion,
has nothing to do with spirituality -
this is the 'sweet hell' ,
the Luciferian Playground at its best - means governed by the suppressing forces.
.
.
I hope I can make my point clear:
Every single being is absolutely free to enjoy these things as long as they like. -
I only write this article for those who would like to differentiate between astral and spiritual qualities -
in order to finally get spiritual freedom, spiritual enlightenment.
* * * * * * *
The temptation on all the astral levels is huge and level 8 is the sweetest.
If you are still searching for 'great Mama' or 'amazing Papa' in some way or the other you will tend to get lost in these astral illusions. And the best way to avoid this is honest work with the second Chakra:
Learn to be your best friend! Feed yourself. Stand on your own ground. ----> Compare Post 47
* * * * * * *
It's better not to become a follower, it's better not to kiss anybodies feet, because it's not healthy to put ourselves down so that great Mama / Papa / Guru ends up on a pedestal.
If you give your admiration you stick your heart-essence on to the other person like gold foil - and it becomes very difficult for you to get free enough to grow.
But try this if it has already happened:
-> Bring your essence, your sparkles of admiration back to your heart.
-> You can do this just by deciding to do it...
-> You will quickly start to see the other person how she really is, without your gold
-> and you end up feeling equal.
.
Appreciation, estimation: all fine.
These are feelings you have in you heart and don't stick on to others.
But admiration is an energetic flow to the other person, the idol.
Some 'idols' are used to this diet and need more and more to feed their ego.
So this could help you to differentiate:
How much admiration is consumed by a person? ...
Do you perceive a giving or taking energy? ...
Do you feel free or somehow manipulated? ...
.
I had a teacher earlier in my life who was able to manipulate me in a way, that my heart would open up and feed him with lots of love...
Easy to do for any astral magician.
He was surrounded by women like me, all quite pale looking, same feature, humbly serving...
It's a common thing in so called spiritual circles...
And for me a very good learning situation: I spot these hungry energy-vampires from far. Other things I'm still learning...
.
Any serious teacher will always meet you on eye-level. If you decide to admire him/her this energy will be passed on into spirituality, but will not be consumed by the Ego.
* * * * * * *
Now you might understand why most 'so-called-Gurus' operate on this level - even when they have level 9 abilities, they prefer to hide behind a sweet and seducing surface on level 8, no matter if physically incarnated or without body.
* * * * * * *
There is more to say about level 8.

Chapter 8: More to Level 8: Astral Sexuality
Those who live mostly through their emotions, who would like to belong, to love, to be loved in an close and emotional way will end up in this sphere.
With this post I would like to cover the sexual aspect of Level 8
It happenes very naturally:
Our beloved is far away or has even died - and we are longing for him/her.
We might think it was a dream, but actually we really met while we were asleep. The other being was here according to its own longing - there is agreement, one doesn't even know who created it.
We feel the tender hug, the kiss or any sexual interaction - lovely, comforting, soothing...
So this is the nice part:
Two people / beings who love each other and out of free will join in the astral spheres.
Some people act on astral level exactly in the same way as they would do physically.
Others have understood, that everything is created mentally:
There is no gravity making things complicating, you can freely move like under water but of course without any breathing-trouble.
This can be a wonderful experience... and of course can just be the next trap again:
Playing here might also mean to forget that it is happening within the prison
and has nothing to do with spirituality.
But don't we sometimes eat something which is not healthy
but we enjoy it and then go back to healthy food? -
* * * * * * *
Let me describe the negative sides to this:
Some people create an inner movie and take an other person into this visualization without agreement:
.
Please know that these movies have a reality - although not a physical one.
.
The other person perceives the effect - even when she/he is not aware in daily consciousness.
.
It is not ethical and has karmic consequences.
.
* * * * * * *
Be happy if this door is sealed in your energy-field.
Many things are easier.
If it is open astral influences can easily enter.
- or it is open because it was used by astral entities.
Sexual abuse is done by beings who have died and no longer have a body but like to continue this kind of activity.
.
(There are more sex-addicts around than you might guess. And an addiction doesn't disappear just by giving up the body.)
.
Or it is done by astral beings who never had a human body, but they like to create desire, just to enjoy sexual pleasure within our bodies.
.
They very often leave traces behind: little sparkles of consciousness, like little, non-physical magnets or chips. Just by activating them a sexual desire might start. - This can even go so far that people do things that bring them into jail.
(Not if you have your frame of ethical paradigms.)
.
* * * * * * *
My best recommendation to this topic:
Share sexuality with a person you truly love. Your mutual love protects the space and the risk for astral things to enter is much less.
.
Do energetic work to clear your energy-field. Specially after sexual activity.
(Not because your partner or sexuality itself would somehow be dirty - but you might have picked up some astral sparkles of consciousness.)
.
Brush through your energy-field and release those sparkles and bring your own back to yourself.
.
If you feel a sexual desire - it doesn't need to be yours. - Would you want to act on something which is not yours? - If not clear all the sparkles out that are activated and activating.
.
Living with no sexual activity for some time will teach you a lot about this energy and all the dynamics. The energy will have to find other ways within your system... This can be a very fascinating journey...
.
(Well, this is material for a small book... which others have already written.)
.
We don't need to have a permanent existence here in this Universe of emotions.
If you like to be there in some situations you are able to create an astral presence in an instant.
(Too much activity here is a hindrance to spiritual progress.)
Best wishes, Dogon / Sepia :)

Chapter 8: Techniques belonging to level 8.
.
Astral traveling is possible on all astral levels.
On level 8 you travel with your emotions, your hunger to belong to someone
or with your sexual desire.
'Belonging' to someone or some group on this level always means, that you make yourself fitting in - so you have to deny your divinity.
Those who get lost in these games separate themselves from there true spiritual potential.
.
Diagnosis:
As soon as you are familiar with this frequency you are able to see where others are about on this astral-emotional level.
Take this as a rule, if you haven't done it before: :)
What you have truly experienced you are able to perceive and understand in others.
Thats why only an enlightened person is able to recognize an enlightened person.
Most psychic medium read this level and talk about relationships. And most of them also get information (true or wrong) about level 7.
(Often astral beings whisper in their ears - spiritual beings don't have an interest. Do you want to believe into this kind of 'truth'?)
.
.
Certain kind of healing:
It takes place by communicating through emotional frequency - and most often ends up in dependency, because the 'healer' who acts on this level tries to feed his/her own needs.
.
Any half-way developed 'astral magician' whose field vibrates on this level is able to manipulate this energy.
Every 'false Gurus' plays with this energy.
(Actually he/she became a false Guru because of this: He/she turned people into followers.)
A true 'Guru', a spiritual 'Master' won't even show up in this field.
.
Astral magicians are able to put images, informations, emotional impressions etc. into your space which serve their purpose, like:
- having met earlier
- having mutual Karma
- having had this or that kind of previous lifetime
- being meant for each other
- having feelings towards a person, a group of people,
towards some kind of information ect.
- or they create a sexual desire for them in you
"Believing" these informations is not a very safe approach...
.
Human beings are easiest to manipulate through means of level 8.
It is the most deceptive of all because 'sweet emotions' are involved.
My recommendation:
Be very careful, if you have strong emotional reactions on something or someone.
.
Emotions might be created and intended to impress you.
(Coming from people or astral beings.)
.
Never take them as evidence for truth.
.
Check the same content the next day. And again the next - and the next :ohwell:
.
Read some really pure material to bring yourself into a high and truthfull frequency - and then test again.
.
Sharpen your perception - you will need it.
.
.
I do my best to proceed to the spiritual levels -
they really are the tuning fork to differentiate untruth from truth.
Love to you all - Dogon / Sepia

P.S. Chapter 8
I was asked: What exactly is pure material?
Of course this is a question of personal preferences.
Important for me was always that the words make sense to me and the heart was touched at the same time.
Because of my incarnations in India I very much love the Indian mystics.
Anandamayi Ma is wonderful.
After I knew the books about her by heart, I often only took one sentence or just a picture to contemplate and get in touch with her spiritual quality - and to be reminded of mine.
.
Shri Ramana Maharshi
a source of inspiration for so many.
.
Shri Nisargadatta:
To meet him as a being always makes me laugh. Great.
These are my closest companions on the inner Sphere... But there are so many...
Rumi sometimes made me cry... touched me... hmmm...
All those who are not on this list are just not so close to me, but might be wonderful as well.

Chapter 9: Third astral level = Level 9
This is the universe of the most powerful 'Gods',
who rule through magic, manipulation, secrecy and lies.
Ladies and Gentleman - fasten your seat-belt...
If you get in touch with astral spheres
you are in the playing-fields of those who call themselves Gods
- and often are terrifying Devils.
Never forget that you're a free spiritual being.
.
.
When these 'Gods' join this game they say:
We rule (- others have to follow / others are our slaves.)
We decide (- others have to take orders)
We are superior (- others are less important, have less value)
We take the right to decide for others (- we have earned this right / we take this right.)
We punish (- that's what 'Gods' do... the inferiors have to be educated - or actually drilled.)
It's our game (- because we claim it.)
We are Gods (- of course. But the others aren't.)
Their intent is always to be on top of the hierarchy from where they suppress and control others.
A spiritual being might say similar things - with a completely different meaning:
Instead of ruling: I create a game, others can be part of it, if they like it.
I decide for myself - others decide for themselves.
Instead of claiming superiority: I'm aware of my divine nature and there is not difference to others.
We take the right to decide for others who are not able to decide for themselves: Children, people who are unconscious, need help...
Instead of punishing we find ways to teach, to improve understanding - and first of all be a living example.
It's our game - Oh yes, we are all part of this ongoing creative process. Let's all take responsibility and give our best.
We are Gods: Yes we all are divine. Divinity is pure love for all and every thing.
* * * * * * *
Important to know about level 9:
All beings here want to grow stronger, to get more influence and to get a larger game.
They want to win and conquer
They want to be stronger, better, more successful and superior.
And they have their fans and followers - and they think they have made a free decision... (Manipulation can be extremely subtle.)
And they have their slaves: those who are programmed or hypnotized to do what the ruler wants. They have no choice.
The opponents are other groups, not better not worse... actually doing the same, just under a different title and coming from another angle.
The strongest are those who 'came down' from the spiritual sphere by free decision in order to rule. They don't have a burden of Karma and are clever enough to let others do the dirty work so they can stay as free and strong as possible.
They are not incarnated.
A physical body is extremely limiting and would only weaken them.
Some overtake temporarily the body of a person or influence a person to act out it's will.
Their power is beyond measure, they are very influential and able to rule over a large kingdom with numerous beings.
They act out there willpower - let's say - to push from A to B.
It won't take long and there will be others who have decided to push from B to A, or from another side to fight for their interests.
On level 9 there is endless fight, because these beings have made a conscous decision for power - and against spiritual love and compassion.
* * * * * * *
One cannot really win in these spheres.
There are always others who have intentions that aim against yours.
Spiritual meditation brings you into a completely different frequency.
Spiritual love heals the fear and so you go beyond
and disappear from the screen of the astral Gods.
(I will say more about this level.)
Feel the peace in your heart - this is heaven inside of you.

Sepia I have just finished updating the word document that I'm creating with your posts ( like you Emma!). I need to have all of this on a page that I can hold, read and bring around with me. Sometimes it's hard to grasp words on a screen. But in copy and pasting I realise how much is in it and the work and dedication that must have been there in the first place by you to create this - and I'm always humbled by the altruism of others. So I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you.

...taste the sweetness of a little Meditation....
----
(I might give more explanations on the vast Universe of Power (Level 9) later,
but my longing to describe spiritual qualities had to wait faaaar toooo long...
Let me just take you over to the other side of the creek...
When we cross a creek in real life it is recommended
1. to focus on the big stepping stones in the middle of the water and
2. to search for a safe spot to land after a big jump.
The place to land on at the other shore is LOVE and COMPASSION .
.
But there are stepping stones on the way:
.
You might be sad - that you haven't felt the sweet bliss of spirituality for a long time...
.
Be with the sadness for a moment - and transform it to longing...
.
Feel the longing:
what exactly are you longing for?
Peace in your heart? The sweetness of bliss?
.
The more you contemplate on these qualities the more your consciousness vibrates in this frequency - allow it to happen.
All these qualities are already waiting inside of you.
.
You transform longing to gratitude.
A good reason to be grateful: You still remember your spiritual nature and home.
.
Gratitude is very close to love.
The purest quality of love is right inside of you:
It is the little light that you perceive in your third eye or/and in your heart.
.
Silently enjoy this sparkle of love.
The source of love is within you, is your very essence, is you.
.
Love your love and your own love will be multiplied a hundredfold
and will nourish you as nothing else can do.
.
Feel this subtle quality expanding gently....
* * * * * * *
The doorway between Level 9 and Level 10 is narrow like a needle's eye.
By going through this little exercise you unknowingly leave everything behind - just by concentrating on something else - and so you are free enough to pass.
* * * * * * *
This is a very female approach - can be done by men and women :)
I will describe a more pragmatic, male approach tomorrow - for men and women as well...
But now I will put my head on my pillow and will sink into this bliss for the night.

Chapter 10: Intermission
The function of the Higher Self
We could actually count all the spiritual Levels to the Higher Self.
But they have different functions and Qualities.
.
Level 10 is all compassionate and loving
.
Level 11 is playful, full of colors, movement, forms, creativity -
an endless dance of joy.
.
Level 12 is all knowing... Here we realize that we are everything and all...
.
In spiritual Meditation we become Level 10-, Level 11-, Level 12-Beings, while during daytime, when we are focused on daily consciousness we just remember... more or less.
But if someone doesn't meditate, if someone doesn't deeply understand and incorporate this 'angel-like' quality of love and compassion all this "I ASK MY HIGHER SELF"-thing cannot be truthful at all.
And if you have subtle perception you will be able to tell that this "HIGHER SELF" is either another being on astral level that uses the chance to influence, or it is a function of the own Ego of that person which helps to legitimate certain actions.
This is about as spiritual as when footballers kiss the ground and pray to 'God' before they play.
(Strange God that has to decide who wins the game...)
.
The higher Self gives us a very long rope - we can even get lost.
As a person you can actually do what ever you want - beings are also allowed to be destructive and then experience the result of it - and the Higher Self will not interfere.
The Higer Self allows, GOD allows. This is the spiritual principle.
.
Those who have a WILL and use it are always on astral level - or even below.
* * * * * * *
.
Only if you as a person make a commitment with your higher Self, it will support you.
The commitment can sound like a prayer that you send to the spiritual part of yourself:
-> "You (your Higher Self) must have known why you had me incarnate here."
-> or with other words, because we talk to our Higher Self: "Once I only existed on spiritual Level - I must have known why I created this Incarnation..."
.
Please guide me to be as truthful as possible.
.
Please support me to act in a way that is as ethical, truthful and loving as possible.
.
Please help me to give my most spiritual, truthful and loving to this creation - which is ours.
If you carry a prayer similar to this inside of you, you will be closely connected with your Higher Self. -
You can consult it before you act -
and will not feel any impulse to act, if something is not in alignment to the principles of the Higher Self.
I wish you all a very inspired day, Dogon / Sepia

Chapter 11: Divine Love and Compassion on Level 10
----
You might think that contemplating on these high vibrational spiritual qualities has nothing to do with our physical life and the challenges that we will have to confront soon.
The opposite is true - and I'm in good company thinking that way :)
Spiritual Meditation is the only way to pause in life -
it's the only way go beyond the Universe of MIND - Maya - the illusionary and perishable spheres.
This shift enables us to understand the really big picture which is not limited by death. The spiritual viewpoint will allow a much deeper understanding.
The whole game from first Chakra till Level 9
is about getting power, conquer enemies, become stronger
in order to triumph...
This can be a very long journey - maybe a never-ending journey...
some end up all wrapped in heavy loads of Karma unable to get liberation without help from others.
Of course nobody likes to be a victim and to fight back is an instinctive impuls. Humanity and many other races go like this for eons.
They started fighting with their hands - developed generations of weapons - stronger and stronger... even language is often used as weapon...
but it is just more of the same - endless fights and no peace in sight.
On level 10 you drop all weapons.
Here we learn to love. And everything changes - inside and outside.
You change your personal timeline.
The rules are different in spiritual speres:
From the first Chakra on we need to have a defined space. Our personality should somehow be surrounded by an energetic balloon. There is a border which it is needed and important for our wellbeing.
.
In the spiritual realm love doesn't need a border.
You are this sparkle of consciousness that is divine and is able to radiate through the Universe without limitations.
(But it doesn't just happen like that. Most of us have forgotten who we are as spiritual beings. That's what Meditation is for: to remind us - and to enable us to hold this quality of beingness.
.
Spiritual love enables us to become one with every being and every thing. Actually it is love's nature to solve borders.
.
But please leave this quality in heaven -
you bring yourself into trouble when you mix the playing fields. :nono:
Love on the fourth Chakra:
You meet other people, you are compassionate, but you stay yourself and are aware that the other person has his own timeline, his own karma.
Giving and taking should be in balance here on planet earth. We don't do anybody a favor if we give too much, and we don't do us a favor if we take too much.
.
Love on Level 10: (You can try this in Meditation)
You let go of all fear. All beings that you meet on this level are on the same spiritual frequency like you are.
.
There is an endless giving - no need to take because you're not missing anything. Your spiritual heart is always in a rich overflow, it is actually the source of love itself.
.
Love adds and grows bigger and bigger... After some time you will feel that you have the same love for every single being.
.
We love the being - not the Ego and don't have to agree with the Ego's actions
.
Some of the beings got lost, became destructive, they hate, may even have turned satanic...
Tears come to my eyes when I become aware of their pain they have gone through and the tremendous pain they pass on to others a hundred- or a thousandfold.
.
Then I remind myself, that even these people have a divine sparkle inside - and by doing this I give them a chance... Maybe the only one they have?
.
All come from the numinous, from the same spiritual source as every one.
.
* * * * * * *
When I say SOURCE I mean the Numinous, Unity, the eternal, highest quality of consciousness, which is undescribable, is nothing and everything at the same time...
.
This is different to 'the Source' mentioned by Inelia or Bill, that obviously has intentions, uses language and tells a person what to do. -
This clarification is needed because I use the same word - but with a different meaning.
If voices are heard - and it happens to many people - they by definition come from astral levels.
It can be a tool of the astral part of the Self - or it can be an external, astral being giving orders or comments, or such voices can even be generated by machines - and of course there is also a being behind the machine.

Addendum to Level 10:
We can learn to leave the stage of the play - in Meditation.
In post 129 and 131 (Audio) I have tried to show ways to do so.
.
Here in short:
Dis-identify from your body, your role, your image...
.
Look from outside - but not even like the director of the play
who gives orders how to change some gestures, some text...
.
...but more like an angel sitting on a cloud - looking onto the stage with love and compassion - leave everything up to the free decision of the players - don't interfere.
Relax your hands - let go of every impulse to act.
.
....and NO: I didn't say this is LIFE - but this is Meditation.
This is how you learn to take an external viewpoint. And this is needed, because:
Problems can not be solved from the level they are created.

Enjoy the sweetness of spiritual love and heal your heart. - We all got injured...

Chapter 12: Joy and playful creativity on Level 11
----
Let's continue our Meditation and connect to the higher octave of the fifth Chakra.
- Bring your focus to your third eye - relax...
- Don't try to lift yourself out of the body - but let go of the identification with the body.
- See yourself as a free spiritual being rather than an incarnated being.
- You don't have to go anywhere. - The vast space will open up from here by changing the vibration.
You should see the joyful relief of those who have learned how to leave all the heaviness behind :)
When I write this, I myself resonate with the subtlety of this frequency of Level 11. Let me reach out for you and remind you of the absolute freedom, fearlessness, pure joy, laughter, sound, light and lightheartedness, colors, dance, multidimensional patterns of energy moving...
These are all qualities of our essence - very well hidden behind layers of fear.
Why nothing hurts on Level 11
Beings who come here no longer have attention on the physical or astral universes.
So all the heaviness connected to Level 1 - 9 falls off.
.
Even the last traces of heaviness from level 10 - which is love and compassion is left behind.
.
(On level 10 many beings are paying attention to the pain and misery of others who reside on lower planes.
- How far have our sisters and brothers separated from there true nature... this often drives tears into our eyes. How we can help I will discuss later.)
.
No 'loss' of a friends is weighing us down. - Every being can be found.
If we join them on spiritual sphere the meeting is pure and joyful -
if the other being has drifted to lower frequencies we will be able to spiritually reach out -
or we will accept the dynamics that this being has chosen for an experience...
.
We are able to create sparkles of consciousness and put them out in order to play with them. And we can take them back again or leave them out there...
.
No other being can put us in a prison. Any prison only exists as a thought-form on astral level - and it is a lie, an illusion for those who dwell in spiritual quality.
.
If we choose to have a form we create one in an instant.
The 'form' will never be solid enough that anybody could hold on to it.
.
Nothing can be taken from us: All we have is ourselves.
.
We are beyond MIND and dwell in a very subtle quality of consciousness which is far more subtle than "astral traveling", energetic work, words, mental constructs, etc.
.
We play - we don't act with intention.
.
We are were we wish to be. Distance is no criteria... We are free to move forward and backwards in time and space -
.
or expressed more precisely: we can be everywhere in eternal time-space.
Needless to say that this ability can not be (mis-)used for any investigative tasks.
You would not be able to find any weapons in other countries...
Everything is an expression of absolutely free will.
There are no means to force anyone...

Enjoy the beauty of your / of all spiritual essence.

Chapter 13: Unlimited awareness, spiritual understanding on Level 12
----
We went through many steps of understanding and development,
we became aware of different frequencies and
have learned that every frequency of consciousness is like a Universe of itself.
.
.
As soon as we are able to transcend all the human dependencies -
of course they are there to a certain extent as long as we live in a body...
we are growing into highest spiritual understanding of who we are:
.
The experience of a subtle individuality is still there,
there is still this 'I' - but there is no trace of pride or other Ego-aspects that were so terribly important on astral levels.
.
We are whole.
There is nothing we would need from others because our most inner core is the Numinous and so we are absolutely complete.
.
At the same time we understand: we are all and everything.
If we 'look' around we see parts of the devine not in any ways separated from us.
.
This is full responsibility and love of a mature spirituality.
.
We are Brahma - Vishnu - Shiva
.
means we are able to create, to sustain and to de-create.
.
No other being is higher - and this fills us with greatest humility and dignity.
A divine being under divine beings.
.
The question of belonging is not existing.
We are far beyond groups, labels, colors, religions...
Why should we belong to one group in order to fight against any others?
Why should we betray one group for the benefit of any others?
.
Here we reach an understanding which leads into the highest quality of Ethics.
Looked from this spiritual viewpoint:
.
the main reason for being within this game is to be - and not to do.
.
Beingness has often a stronger effect than Fight.
.
Karma takes it's course - no spiritual being is playing the role or the Angel of revenge, because it is not needed.
Karma playes out naturally all by itself and defines much of the game
(not everything - because new things can be started at any time) between Level 1 - 9.
.
Those who separate themselves from spirituality and love
pay the prize of being separated from spirituality and love - it's as simple as that.
But it's agony. -
There is more to say:
- more about Level 13 / 14 and how all this knowledge can be applied...

dear dogon
maybe do consider the relationship between karma and dharma.....and .maybe then, when you say I'm not a fighter and not a warrior. - I'm just a spiritual person and teacher you will realize that you are making a spiritual error....do consider reading the related literature and i hope you will find that closing your eyes is not the way to go... i also sincerely hope that you will find that standing for/fighting for truth, justice and fairness is something we must do too...karma alone will not do . .it’s yours, mine, and every spiritual development aspirant’s dharma to do it in this life and every life...
dharma stands above forgiveness or rather: forgiveness is one of characteristics of dharma..it cannot be made to suit one's needs...aspirants need to recognise it and maintain it ...
“The essence of an individual is manifested through his action. The character exhibits itself in action – mental, verbal and physical. Therefore, the dharma of an individual operates through every action of an individual. It is that basis from which springs every deed of a person. Hence, the concept of Dharma is a very comprehensive one” ......
“The following ten are characteristics of Dharma (Lakshanam).
Fortitude, forgiveness , restraint, non-stealing, purity, control over sense organs, intelligence, knowledge, truth, absence of anger”

Going home
----
There are several reasons to go back home into the most subtle spiritual quality of our being.
.
.
All reasons are good reasons:
Sometimes the reason is joy, gratefulness, love...
Sometimes it's suffering...
.
What once was a playing-field turns into a battle-field -
.
where Ego's keep hurting each other with sharp (s)words in order to conquer... to prove... to be better than others -
.
we can expect that more and more layers will be add to the topics discussed -
.
by people who want to make the world a better place...
.
We see all the damaged hearts... and expect more damage to happen -
.
from time to time a light blinks up for a short moment... when Greybeard and others point out spiritual values.
.
And then the longing to go home becomes irresistible.
The stronger our inner longing is
> the softer we will lean towards our spiritual essence the easier we merge with it...
.
> This is how we become one with Unity.
.
> This is where the 'I' and the 'me' is dying -
.
> Time to rest. - We pause.
.
> Tensions fall off because there is nothing for them to stick on.
.
> No resistance, no thoughts, no emotions, nothing...
And some moments or hours later we will be 'reborn from the light' -
like waking up - but awakened :)
And the world is still the same - the struggle goes on and on and on...
Millions and millions of years - again and again...
But sometimes spiritual things even happen on battle fields...
With love - like always, Dogon / Sepia

In moments of grace the waves in the lake high up in the mountains calm down,
even the wind of thoughts is there no more...
not the tiniest ripple on the surface...

Then the sky is perfectly mirrored in the lake
and you won't even know where the sky meets the water of the lake...
This is the miracle of becoming one in silence of meditation - as explained by Indian Mystics.

Rumi did express a lot of beautiful and true THOUGHTS but
Rumi was a hole in the flute that the FALSE Christ conciousness breath flowed through, like Tolle is...they created much beautiful music to lull you in to accepting high levels of conditional love and perpetuating a distorted God architecture.leading to the FALSE ASCENSION MATRIX and the "5D earth" or "new earth" trap that the hi-jacked new-age movement promotes..that is changing now..see this and THINK about it..true UNITY SOURCE code is coming back,it wasn't here in Rumi's time so it wasn't possible to algn with then, align with it now

yeah, you do realise the "moon" is being proven more and more to be an artificial addition to our earth's dynamics...an inorganic aspect of our reality. That inorganic "moon" has been poetically and spiritually incorporated in to our programming here so that we consider it's existence and influence to be part of "god's design" for us..Rumi was very fond of the moon and was totally programmed to believe it was part of organic creation by the false christ conciousness that he was "surrendered" to..as were most religions and spiritual traditions.
A major revelation is coming to light about what the moon actually is and how it has been used to supress humanities consiouness artificially to perpetuate false Christ conciousness and the false ascension matrix.THINK...for some people this is a little issue ,others understand that it is the BIGGEST ISSUE..the "controllers" want you to connect to their "god" matrix(the one ALL religions and most spiritual traditions promote),the Divine wants you to connect to ETERNAL LIVING LIGHT..2 very different things

Chapter 14: The Numinous
----
'The Numinous' is my choice of word for the highest spiritual quality.
For my perception it resonates well with our time and culture.
In India numerous names exist of which ANAMI (nameless) is my favorite.
It gives my sweet shivers along the spine like LOVE running through my system.
Might have to do with previous lifetimes in that culture...
.
.
The Numinous is indescribable - It's paradox...
It is the opposite of Diversity or Multiplicity which is seen in the Universe in it's physical, astral and spiritual aspects.
.
It is the source of everything -
.
It is nothing at all! - but everything in potential -
.
It is unity - so there is no subject watching an object -
and if you die into this quality you won't see or experience anything -
.
it doesn't make a difference if you spend 'here' 1 second or one million years -
although the realities around change in the meantime.
.
.
To call this quality GOD seems to 'dangerous' to me.
Most people think they know who or what GOD is
but still they talk about many different things, beings, philosophical aspects -
so I'm not going into this discussion.
.
.
What is the point in melting into this quality - if there is nothing at all?
.
There are 3 major topics to this:
.
1. What happens just before entering?
2. What happens after we come back?
3. How does this influence your existence?
Dogon / Sepia
P.S. I haven't forgotten level 13... :)

You are challenged to deal with the biggest fear in human nature:
It is the fear to disappear - to be pulled into a deep dark hole and never come back.
Many of us have experienced this fear in lonesome nights... a real nightmare... often the biggest we suffer from. Some people arrange all their activities for not feeling it. Some drink or take drugs to escape this abyss of the unknown.
And here after having done the all this spiritual work and Meditation we reach the exact opposite end of the scale.
.
This work brought us there:
.
We healed the personal Chakras as described in this thread - and much more...
We have taken back all the worldly intentions...
We have learned to find our balance and center inside...
We learned about the astral spheres and have taken our intentions back from there...
(no more power games! No winning! No proving to be stronger and better!)
.
Then we re-learned about our true spiritual nature
- we are Love and Compassion, level 10
- we are Joy, Dance, Sound, Sreativity, level 11
- we are Everything and All and therefore we have complete understanding of the spiritual, astral and physical creation
.
(Okay: most of us need 'some' time to remember fully... it's a vast Universe... :)
but the principles are rather simple... )
.
and here we have the chance to realize our divine nature.
(I say 'have the chance' because some people meditate with 'closed perception' and therefore will never understand. - Instead be interested, be awake, be open. Meditation is a great journey!)
.
.
Now it is time for the ultimate step: We enter the Numinous - we allow it to happen.
And we don't do it to disappear for ever -
but we do it as if we would disappear for ever. ----> Paradox? Yes!
So this last step can be done when our love to the highest quality of Consciousness has grown bigger
than our fear to die and to disappear.
Don't worry - you will come back. Life doesn't end that quickly.

When I entered the Numinous for the first time...
* * * * * * *
After years of spiritual work and meditation I finally this last veil - (early nineties)
I knew I could drop the last little attachment to my sense of 'I' and could melt into the Numinous, the ANAMI....
And it was a very quick question: 'Am I ready to let it happen right now?'
.
I also quickly asked myself:
-> Are there any candles burning?
-> I anything cooking in the kitchen?
.
And although I expected to die right away it was clear to me:
.
This was what I have worked for during the last years
- so I allowed it to happen
- and lost consciousness...
Some time later - of course - I was here again...
And I knew who I am... ANAMI - nameless, eternal, divine consciousness.

The Numinous: 2. What happens after you come back?
* * * * * * *
The Mystics say: The drop merges with the ocean.
So the most obvious question is:
Is the drop still the same when it comes out? - Am I still I ?
Yes I am still me - just me in pure essence and nothing else.
And I am because I'm not a drop containing many molecules.
I'm not even a Atom, containing electrons, protons, neutrons and what else...
But I am ONE.
I am one spark of divine consciousness - which at the same time is the whole.
.
.
.
...or as "The Master of the Key" puts it:
.
"You are not just a crumb of the cake that can become one with the cake.
But you can become the whole cake."
.
(In 1998 Whitley Strieber had a mysterious visitor in his Hotel Room in the middle of the night.
He had the most extraordinary conversation and Strieber called the visitor "The Master of the Key".
The book is re-published. I highly recommend it:
http://www.amazon.com/Key-True-Encounter-Whitley-Strieber/dp/1585428698 )
.
.
If you come back from the Numinous you realize your true nature.
This means to be reborn from the light. This is resurrection in spirit.
Go all the way and find out yourself !
With my very best wishes,
Dogon / Sepia :)

P.S. 2. What happens after you come back?
* * * * * * *
After some practice we can develop the attitude to melt into the Numinous during your sleep.*
(* I personally prefer to meditate in a absolute open awareness,
but before going into sleep I go to all the way in order to spend the main part of the night in the Numinous.)
And after coming back make sure to spend some time enjoying the sweet dessert :)
Allow this bliss to fill you completely - every cell, every Chakra, your energy-Field,
it's like sweet nectar... the certainty of having visited the true home...
The Numinous is the only truth existing.
Everything else is just an aspect of it: Like the leg of the Elephant, or the ear, or the tail, or the trunk...
Of course you know this - but it was lovely to express it again before going to sleep - well actually before diving into the honey pot :)
I love it - I love you...

The Numinous: 3. How can this experience influence your existence?
* * * * * * *
.
.
First priority:
In order to live a spiritual live we will give the the first priority to the Numinous -
the purest spiritual essence, the Higher Self.
.
Second priority:
The 'I', the 'me' - which is the foundation of the Ego - can only be number 2 -
as Servant of the spiritual essence.
We need a certain amount of 'I' and 'me', of 'Ego-Power' if you will. There is nothing wrong with it.
It gives you the strength to handle life.
As long as its guidance is firmly rooted in the wisdom of the higher Self (Level 10 / 11 / 12) the Ego is well kept,
will not grow too big and will not do too much damage.
The vibration will stay high and will free itself again and again from the kind of 'gravity' that makes things so terribly dense.
The light of the higher Self will shine through our thoughts, words and actions…
(Karma is always involved as long as we have to keep a body survive. But it can be light-weighted...)
.
Third priority:
What ever is out there in this creation and on astral spheres is number 3.
Only if we are in line with our essence
we can be here for the creation, beings, plants, animals... in the best quality possible.
We can be the carriers of light…
(...and still as people we will not be perfect...)
.
.
* * * * * * *
.
.
I might have mentioned it before:
True spirituality is not making a lot of noise, is not shiny, not dramatic…
.
There is humility, wisdom, dignity… Love, compassion… Understanding…
.
...with a very broad and wide view for the creation in time and space from a timeless and spaceless viewpoint.
.
The truthful spiritual journey is a narrow path…
.
You will meet friends in spirit and will 'walk' in silence - understanding is beyond words.
.
The broad astral boulevard is noisy and crowded - with beings and people craving for influence, power and self importance…
.
This has always been like this all through history and will not change.
.
Every single being makes his choice - every day - again and again...
.

Hello Ruth .
I like the approach .
Keeping it grounded,
practical and real .
Thank you for these words here,
and like they say, understanding
- is ultimately beyond words ...
Sometimes words are too much :
1469
And even images not enough ..
1484
Love is the light on the path
it laughs in the face of wrath
- or kiss it ...
1471
And one more image
another local landscape
1485
Naturaly illuminated
maybe even a moments
enlightened evening view
I am a boy of nature and
there I have allways found
the space to reflect on life
and peace to find my self
All well, love and light
from me to you ...

Chapter 15:....G O D
* * * * * * *
At this point of my Seminar I like to look at the GOD - principle.
In my understanding the personal spiritual state plays a much greater role in our understanding of 'GOD' then the religion.
It depends how much memory of the spiritual qualities are still awake within us - not buried by programming, trauma, dogma, karma?
Our 'GOD' will change and should change as we go along on our spiritual journey.
I have described all the worldly / personal Levels, Chakra 1 - 6
the astral spheres, Level 7 - 9
and the spiritual realms, Level 10 - 12
as well as the Numinous, the Unity, the source of all the beings?
.
The spiritual journey can give us spiritual freedom and can enable us to choose through which 'window' we look into the creation.
Every day we change our frequency of consciousness many times and so we look through different windows.
We communicate differently to a little child than we do to our boss or our friend, a patient or an animal, etc.
This is always a shift in vibration, a shift of energetic level.
And during Meditation (and during the time the body sleeps, if we have trained that) you may return to the highest frequency?
We can be angels during sleep and humans when we deal with worldly things.
* * * * * * *
Our degree of development and understanding defines our 'concept' (sorry) and perception of 'GOD' ?
And it is helpful to know, what understanding and concept others have.
I'd like to explain some of them...

GOD: 1. Often people start with a self-made GOD
* * * * * * *
Assuming that there is something bigger out there many create an GOD-image according to their preferences.
And because it is easier to talk to 'someone' they personify their God and address their preyers to HIM - (rarely to 'HER' or a 'IT'.)
They expect GOD to be many different things:
> loving and comforting,
> giving rewards or punishing,
> to be just and fair,
> to be unpredictable and mysterious,
> or even to be all powerful and frightening,
> but mostly to be well-meaning ------> but for whom?
This is the 'God' the soccer-players address when they kiss the ground before playing… :)
Praying people usually don't ask for justice - but they ask for grace, for a special boon.
It seems blasphemic... but for me it is crucial to ask who is on the receiving end of the prayer!
I have seen people who talk to themselves. They treat their God like a friendly neighbor or like a lovely dwarf in their garden. -
This is one of the many possibilities and actually harmless…
.
.
The whole thing becomes dangerous when this 'Throne' that is offered by the worshiper is taken over by an astral being...
And many astral beings just wait for such an opportunity.
It is so easy for them to give some unusual experiences and ready is the deal: They have a person to influence and guide. -
This is how a self-made God becomes alive, and suddenly the image starts to talk… Or the voice is inside of the head...
Signs all around, everything seems to make sense suddenly...
And the person is happy, feels guided, privileged... and actually the downward spiral of dependency just starts to turn...
The influencing astral being can be more or less powerful, more or less destructive - in the worst case it tries out how far it can go…
(Quite often we hear from those who were convinced GOD had ordered them to kill. - These things always happened - it's the original MindControl with no machines involved. - The astral beings are able to influence an emotionally weak person to kill others, or are able to influence a person in a weak moment to commit suicide.)
* * * * * * *
I'm sorry that I have to stress out again how careful we all are kept from true spirituality.
Please bear with me. - Divinity is inside of you - and you know it. All the rest is just good to know.

Where does this leave us Ruth, with the element of personal responsibility or just plain psychotic behaviour? Are you saying that many people suffering from psychosis are people who have been corrupted by astral beings?

the most devious trap is the "God" or dimensional spaces/traps that are of high CONDITIONAL LOVE and BLISS..the ones that the Buddhists,Hindu's,Christians and most others have been conned in to "serving"..the inorganic light that FEELS SO GOOD and that which many people take to be unconditional love and "heavenly"
the most important thing to do before any meditation or spiritual practice is to invoke and INTEND to connect to ORGANIC LIVING LIGHT..the light of GODSOURCE..not the inorganic light of the "gods"(fallen entities from the 11th dimension and below)..surround yourself in LIVING LIGHT
The matrix is very real and the false god matrices is it's foundation...there are so many incredibly loving peoploe out there offering very good teachings but in the end they are just serving the false "god" matrix
the astral plane is only the fourth dimension, the false gods exist in many higher dimensions also.this is what most people don't get..and it makes all the difference

Where does this leave us Ruth? [...]
Are you saying that many people suffering from psychosis are people who have been corrupted by astral beings?
Yes this is certainly an important source of desturbance. - The influence of astral beings is enormous. -
(I plan to go one step further giving tools for this matter as far this is possible here.)
Those who are decided to go for ethics, purity and divine consciousness have a very good chance.
Surrounded by beings we can learn so much - and at the end they are out best teachers even.
They will make sure that we see ever weakness on ourselves, even the tiniest.
Those who tend towards Ego-aspects will be victims - the astral beings will enforce that without taking responsibility for the results.

Dogon I thought it was prudent to interject when "God" is being discussed. God is your heavenly father and the love of this, is the connection. Krystic and you are right about vampires but they prey on you when you stray from this connection.
"Images are visible to people, but the light within them is hidden in the image of the Father's light. He will be disclosed, but his image is hidden by his light."
"The Father's kingdom is like a person who has [good] seed. His enemy came during the night and sowed weeds among the good seed. The person did not let the workers pull up the weeds, but said to them, 'No, otherwise you might go to pull up the weeds and pull up the wheat along with them.' For on the day of the harvest the weeds will be conspicuous, and will be pulled up and burned."
The Gospel of Thomas
Krystic
4th July 2011, 21:44
the "father" thomas speaks of is a fallen god "jehovah" or yahweh...it is good to stray from that "connection"..the "father" is a patriarchal term used by the christain religion to reinforce male domination, cleverly justifed in many ways but when looked at closely it is the "father" dominating the "mother" to create the "child" or fallen "christ"("enlightened christian")
so "straying from the connection" needs to be looked at..what are you connecting to?..a source of very high levels of conditional love that feel and preach and sound like unconditional love...and when you challenge it you get the "wrath" of the very jealous and angry "god" Jehovah,,the "Father" that Thomas speaks of and has mistakenly connected to...a FALLEN ENTITY that has tried to replicate organic light and TRUE GODSOURCE creation
...and EVERYONE has weaknesses in their energtic bodies and personalities so astral entities (and above 4D) can latch on to your fields ...this is why INTENDING to surround yourself in protective LIVING LIGHT is so important...only fully pure and awakened beings are always "connected" to LIVING LIGHT in a way where nothing can invade their fields..in my understanding that only occurs when you are a fully embodied 12th Dimensional/12 DNA strand activated being..our original design

Thanks for trying to help Krystic. You are projecting the old "Jealous" gods in my statement, which is understandable. Lets put it this way. The "father" and "mother" connection are the most basic primal feelings. I would submit getting into your different dimensions, or mathmatics is a game. Not that they are not true but your putting the cart before the horse analogy. And a question, where does your "living light" come from? Is it a vague thing or is there a cornerstone so to speak. If this is not appropriate in Dogons thread we can PM.
Yes I understand your worry of "fallen" angels. They have done well convoluting the message of the Creator.
Be well.

..where does "living light" come from?..where does GodSource come from..same question...

"...and EVERYONE has weaknesses in their energtic bodies and personalities so astral entities (and above 4D) can latch on to your fields ...this is why INTENDING to surround yourself in protective LIVING LIGHT is so important...only fully pure and awakened beings are always "connected" to LIVING LIGHT in a way where nothing can invade their fields..in my understanding that only occurs when you are a fully embodied 12th Dimensional/12 DNA strand activated being..our original design "

Yes i have considered it. The father is the organizing principle, the ground in your electric field. When you are calling the light around you without the Fathers presence you are feeding these astral vampires.
But this is the Theatre of cosmic evolution.
Krystic
4th July 2011, 22:35
yeah...the living light contains both the TRUE father and mother principles and beyond those polarities..it is the zero point God Source.
Those who call on the "father" of the bible are invoking dead light and the false God matrix...many people have a personal relationship with the "father" who is the organising principle of the false God matrix. Both the proton and electron have been distorted..like the "mother and the father": have been.
The electromagnetic field needs to be transmuted to the neutron field...beyond electrical/magnetic..that's how we transcend this matrix that is heavily corrupted..we move to a zero point field.ONLY LIVING LIGHT WILL BE ABLE TO FACILITATE THAT.

GOD: 2. The all powerful astral GOD's, the Elohim of the old Testament
* * * * * * *
'Elohim' as mentioned in the old Testament is a plural, means GODS not GOD.
Many on this Forum are experts in this area - I'm not.
The technology of those beings was/is highly advanced and we find ancient remains on all continents. (Stonehenge, Adams Calender, Pyramids...)
After the great flood the Anunnaki have created the human bodies after their own image.
But other 'groups' are active as well - and they are in war with each other, as we know from the old indian scriptures.
They keep well hidden - and their influence, power and abilities is beyond human comprehension.
One could call them Gods - depends from the meaning we give to this word - their actions are powerful… but divine?
They have their own agenda and are more like controllers of a big experiment.
Human beings all over the place have tried to find ways to keep them in a good mood to be treated mercifully by them…
We can only speculate about their plans but don't really know.

GOD: ...3. The heavenly helpers.
* * * * * * *
Spiritual help:
Oh yes - they are around too. We call them guardian Angels.
Some of them support children - without the celestial support many of them would not reach adulthood…
It should be understood as a service which is done in alignment to the higher self of the children -
and sometimes to the higher self of adults - to make sure that their purpose can be fulfilled.
These beings are not motivated by their Ego - and they never feed Egos.
They don't take orders - but serve and facilitate according to spiritual laws.
Often there is nothing they can do to change the outcome because it would go against the law of Karma.
This help comes unexpected and has a very pure and simple quality.
It is the opposite of being dramatic and so no egotism, pride or narcissism can be sticked to such an experience.
* * * * * * *
Astral help:
The quality can change very quickly.
'Angels' (spiritual beings) only answer if we ask for things that support our spiritual growth.
As soon as we ask, beg, pray for earthly things our prayers will be heard by astral beings.
This is a hard one, I know:
If we pray for health, wealth, influence, power - even for the ability to heal… we are heard in the astral spheres.
Many astral beings are willing to help. But they will play according to their own rules: Every thing has it's prize.
It's like the Story of "Dr. Faustus" who asked for eternal youth and had to pay with his soul.
When we allow these beings to play GOD in our lives,
they will keep us within the astral prison, within the wheel of reincarnation and death.
(The Theme of "Dr. Faustus" was known before J.W. Goethe wrote his piece. But it was also his personal story and he kept working on it till he died.)
* * * * * * *
In short:
We can find helpers for every project -
but the question is what the prize is and if we are willing to pay it.
Best wishes, Dogon

In your post: God 2: You question the divinity of god/gods presented in the old testament - so do I. My question is; "how do we differentiate between what is and is not divine within those scripture"?
Oh, Nazirite - I'm most probably the wrong person for this question.
I haven't studied the scriptures too carefully.
They were written in different times, different cultures, have been translated... changed even... who knows what they truly meant?
Only the fact, that the word ELOHIM is a plural but then is translated to GOD seemed significant and I wanted to mention it.
----
My journey somehow went the other way around. I was always looking for the inner experience.
I wanted to experience purity, ethics, liberation, enlightened consciousness which is beyond MIND, etc.,
so I looked for sentences that would inspire me and carry me there.
For instance I took the sentence:
"Thy will be done"
and thought whose will I would be willing to accept...
And I understood that it could only be the will of my very essence, of my purest divine part -
so I contemplated on this, and had my Ego to serve it.
.
Or: "Love your enemies" -
My question: "How do I have to position myself so that this love is a natural state of being?"
That's a hard one, but it works if we are in touch with our spiritual love and can see this sparkle in every one.
And still there is daily life where we have to be able to say NO...
.
Or if Jesus sais: "The Father and me are one."
This cannot be different for each of us!
But because in my experience there is no personified GOD / Father-figure somewhere in heavens,
I take it as divine consciusness and contemplate to be one with it.
Sorry to be so far from your question - but I don't have another answer.
With love to you, Dogon

GOD: …4. Highest spiritual beings
* * * * * * *
Also these beings exist - thank to… - oh well... :)
and these beings can be contacted...
.
Some of them have never been incarnated as humans on this planet.
.
Others have lived lives and have succeeded on their spiritual journey, found liberation and enlightenment.
You wouldn't believe how rare this is. Just a few in millions.
.
(But you can be one of them. Every one has the same potential.)
.
Most of the people are passionate, want to fight, want to prove right
and by doing so they get more and more tangled.
In order to be free and stay free completely different qualities are needed:
calm wisdom - which is knowledge and love together
.
understanding for the creation and it's rules
.
and lots and lots of patience.
.
And beside that the karmic bonds have to be solved and what was created has to be de-created.
The cosmic play goes on and on and on and after having gone through many cycles
these are the beings who prefer to remain in a blissful eternal state, fully conscious.
.
----
If this sounds boring to you - this means that you haven't have enough yet…
and this is all right.
Take all the time… there is plenty of it....
----
.
Spiritual beings who understand the game will no longer interfere, will no longer get involved.
As soon as they would do so they would loose their spiritual freedom.
But they will always be your best friend in your inner work.
They will never put themselves over you but meet you respectfully on 'eye-level',
fully acknowledging that we all are the same and come from the same source.
They are divine - but will never play GOD.
They remind you of what you are - and are able to do so because they have fully realized.

GOD: …5. Through darkness to light.
* * * * * * *
It might sounds quite clumsy - but it is one of my most transforming experiences.
I write it down for all those who don't yet trust their own divine quality inside.
After years of spiritual exercises and meditation I found myself in a deep crisis:
An enormous feeling of unworthiness was suddenly overwhelming me.
It happened unexpected because I was actually convinced to have good self-respect and self-esteem.
But suddenly all was gone - and replaced by shame and guilt for being the way I was.
At that time I addressed my prayers to a (somehow) personified God…
But - how for God-sake would any GOD in heavens welcome one who was as unworthy as I was?
I didn't count the hours I cried. Some endless weeks of desperation went by.
The pivot-point of my life so far seemed lost...
Where was the continuation of my path?
But then a revolutionary spark was rising up inside of me and quickly grew bigger... - I thought:
.
"If this GOD I'm talking to is the creator of every part of the creation
'he' doesn't have a different choice but to love it! - Me included."
.
Hey! - At this very moment the whole concept of an external GOD dissolved. It simply disappeared.
At the same time I experienced an extreme internal uplift -
and from that (new) spiritual viewpoint I felt infinite love for this person - as I did for the whole creation.
All is inside of us. We all read it a hundred times.
But it is a tremendous moment when it is experienced. Only then it becomes true.
With my love to you

Friendship?
* * * * * * *
Dear Ruth
We all need friends. Human friends, but also spiritual friends. Would you like to enlighten us how to make contact with beings on these levels?
Kind regards,
Dragonfly
When I first read your question I didn't expect to find an answer would give me such a hard time
And since then I have mentally 'written' a whole book about friendship...
* * * * * * *
We have all be disappointed by people we considered friends -
We have to learn our lessons - adapt - grow - or we become frustrated, disappointed, traumatized even...
During the life most of us will change our filters: Instead of only seeing great bodies, attracting smiles, telling eyes, lovely hands...
.
we start to see beings - and we are seen as a being.
.
Our signal will be a different one and is perceived by those who are aware of this more subtle frequency.
You might have had this attitude since childhood - I didn't - the learning went step by step -
.
Still it is not easy: I see the potential and never know what programming is at work...
.
But some truthful souls were found, interested into a spirituality that can be called such,
some who have defined ethics for them-selves...
And yet we have to accept to be alone, everyone is different, everyone is on his own track
(not on mine... they came for their own purpose)
there will be expectations, disappointment, frustration, hurt...
All this is much easier to handle if we are able to see each other as spiritual beings after having met on these levels.
This quality from being to being is eternal - physical death cannot do anything to it.

When I first read your question I didn't expect to find an answer would give me such a hard time
And since then I have mentally 'written' a whole book about friendship...
* * * * * * *
You might have had this attitude since childhood - I didn't - the learning went step by step -
.
Still it is not easy: I see the potential and never know what programming is at work...
.
But some truthful souls were found, interested into a spirituality that can be called such,
some who have defined ethics for him-/her-selves...
And yet we have to accept to be alone, everyone is different, everyone is on his track
(not on mine... they came for their purpose)
there will be expectations, disappointment, frustration, hurt...
All this is much easier to handle if we are able to see each other as spiritual beings after having met on this level.
This quality from being to being is eternal - physical death cannot do anything to it.
* * * * * * *
Those who have become whole, those who have discovered their inner completeness
will be able to enjoy others in there wholeness and completeness.
.
And then we meet on this stage in our role as people, limited and far from being perfect
and can have a good laugh

GOD: ...3. The heavenly helpers.
* * * * * * *
* * * * * * *
* * * * * * *
In short:
We can find helpers for every project -
but the question is what the prize is and if we are willing to pay it.
Best wishes, Dogon
Very interesting Dogon, you just made me realize something that may be of prime importance.
I have been asking for 14 years help for my daughter, and for me, for our health - my daughter is dysphasic and some more motor skills problems at first
We have been helped without doubt, but I just realized I was asking the astral to take hold in my household (may be a bit of low causal, having scientifically studied the best possible approaches). This is probably why everything always turns around the physical, diets, vitamins, and on and on.
The improvements in my daughter are astonishing, but lately I became tired of always working like hell to pay for everything, over and above being a mother (taxiing, making meals, homewords check up, shopping, etc etc). No time for myself at all, nor money left.. They are physical and .... what else?
Good if you are healthy, but when this jeopardizes your own health, there is a serious problem, which is actually the case. It stressed me so much, thinking that time is a primary elements in my daughter improvements, while the brain is still more easily corrected or improved. Which is the case, in the 3D and the astral.
But what about spiritual?
I forgot to ask for spiritual help in having the optimum environment for our spiritual development for both of us. May be this is it, what we are facing, but I am asking now anyhow.
This is a wake up call Dogon, thank you.

Wonderful - I'm so happy if this difficult step is understood and can be done.
That's the way we really grow spiritually. And then finally we become our own healers - and no longer ask to be healed.
Our spiritual love is like the principle of order that is the healing quality in itself.
With my very best wishes for you and your daughter,

More on Friendship…
* * * * * * *
Let me go one step further and explain something that became true to me many years ago.
I spent a lot of time in a loving an compassionate meditation - holding all kind of beings within my 'space'.
For a certain time I saw them as brothers and sisters…
But then another Transformation happened
and then I started to see them as me… me all around...:) :) :) :) :) :) :)
.
It first happened when I went shopping:
Suddenly I saw me coming towards me in the form of an old man, a little child, its mother,
and all the other people: me - me - me - in a different costumes with a different history and a different destiny…
I started laughing, had to shake myself and rub my face for a moment…
then I decided to be me again (singular),
and that I wanted to see others as OTHERS - just in order to keep the situation simple and to do my shopping.
.
This experience gave me a deep trust
that there will always be the exact right person present when ever I would need help.
It doesn't need to be the person I called my friend before.
It can be anybody -
It will be anybody -
because this person is already included into my love and the support is nothing but natural.
Just me in a different form...
And of course it works the other way around as well.
----
Please note:
I write about myself not because I think I'm in any way special.
It happens out of respect for your right of free decision.
I don't want to influence you - you will know best if this topic can be of any value for you or not.

I’m afraid not, Dogon.
The reason I asked is due to the fact that the 7 planes of the “Cosmic Physical Plane,”* including the astral, are divided into 7 subplanes, each of which is further devided into 7 more, and “the desire bodies of all human beings are composed of matter of the second, third and fourth subplanes of the astral plane,”? so that’s the reason for asking who’s the source of the division of “level 7” through “level 12” of the astral realm. A Treatise on Cosmic Fire? is the recognised authoritative source by initiates? of the “psychological key of man,” and “instinctive Chakras” aren’t mentioned, consequently, being the spiritual person that you are, you should responsibly provide an authoritative source for that information.

What are you doing here magamud? It wouldn’t be out of spite, because you’re allegedly religious. Dogon is talking about the immortal human soul*, its causal field and chakras, which isn’t mentioned in the Bible that you reportedly support. You believe in Satan, hell, one life to live, and a world saviour that will release everyone from their negative karma (murder, rape, etc.), so, they won’t “reap what they’ve sown” if they simply repent and acknowledge Jesus as their savior, which makes sense only to people that have difficulty in reasoning things out.
* “The soul, Iamblichus says, is an immortal entity, unbegotten and imperishable, indivisible and incorporeal, therefore, it could not have come into existence at birth, nor will it perish at death. Furthermore, being indivisible, being essentially incorporeal, and having nothing in common with the body, it can be affected by nothing, nor has it any concern with change or condition.”

Plotinus: “Thus in sum, the Soul, a divine being and a dweller in the loftier realms, has entered body: it is a god, a later phase of the divine: but, under stress of its powers and of its tendency to bring order to its next lower, it penetrates to this sphere in a voluntary plunge: if it turns back quickly all is well; it will have taken no hurt by acquiring the knowledge of evil and coming to understand what sin is, by bringing its forces into manifest play, by exhibiting those activities and productions which, remaining merely potential in the unembodied, might as well never have been even there, if destined never to come into actuality. . .”

AlienHunter,
What you requested didn’t make sense. You asked for “some quotes from Edgar Mitchell regarding your rebuttal to his nature paper...only from authoritative sources please.” You’re asking me to quote Edgar Mitchell’s “authoritative sources.”
In my rebuttal to Edgar Mitchell’s paper, I provided “the answer or the technical metaphysical rationale for “…the energy transfer mechanism by which the classical states of a remote object are affected,” and on page 9 I stated what that is:
I postulate that the “Law of Attraction” is “the energy transfer mechanism by which the classical states of a remote object are affected.” Not being a physicist, I can only surmise that the etheric “permanent atoms” (spiritual, intuitional, mental, emotional and physical) within our causal field, that contain the memory of our total existence, do not fit the current mathematical formalism of the “quantum hologram,” and on page 7, I showed the source of that, which is A Treatise on Cosmic Fire: 46, “the psychological key of man.”
“The Fire of Mind is governed by the Law of Attraction”(A Treatise on Cosmic Fire: 46).
“The Law of Attraction describes the compelling force of attraction that holds our solar
system to the Sirian; that holds our planets revolving around our central unit, the sun; that
holds the lesser systems of atomic and molecular matter circulating around a center in the
planet; and that holds the matter of all physical plane bodies, and that of the subtle bodies
coordinated around their microcosmic center” (A Treatise on Cosmic Fire: 568)
I sent a follow up letter to Edgar Mitchell on June 22, 2010
Subject: Dyadic Model of Consciousness
Dear Dr. Mitchell
I communicated with you via email several years ago (somewhere around the 2001/2002 time frame) in response to your paper: Nature’s Mind: The Quantum Hologram, and stated that I had the answer, or metaphysical rationale, for “…the energy transfer mechanism by which the classical states of a remote object are affected.” The answer was/is the “law of attraction”, which you disregarded on the basis of it being a “metaphysical assumption” or conjecture and, therefore, not a possibility.
Being a somewhat humble man, I’m aware of that attribute in others and, after reading your statement, “our current knowledge base is certainly incomplete and may even, in many respects, be totally incorrect,” I’m going on the assumption you’re very aware that your philosophical understanding/perception of the universe has been evolving throughout your adult life as you’ve acquired more knowledge & experience, and would agree that when evidence is presented (logical as well as perceptual) of our energetically connected, but autonomous, immortal self’s existence, that quantum mathematical formalism will naturally evolve to reflect that perceptual reality. In your own words: “a new paradigm, one that properly addresses, in verifiable scientific terms, our collective relationship to each other, to the environment, to nature, and to the Universe. Certainly as a species we have a long way to go to gain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the true nature of ourselves and our universe.” And I sincerely ask you, exactly what are “verifiable scientific terms”? It will be recognised very soon that “clairvoyant”* sight is the ultimate scientific research tool, because of the scientists who will have the faculty and, together, verify their observations with published papers. In your studies and research you’ve probably seen the illustration of the atom? as given in occult literature, including the spirillae within the atom. It won’t be too long my friend before main stream science acknowledges the existence of the “third eye”? (ajna chakra) within the human etheric? causal field, and will also verify the existence of the mental & astral spheres, along with the astral light (atomic astral plane reflection of the akasha) and confirm the holographic nature of existence that’s naturally seen with astral sight.?
Since the OM (cosmic thought/ideation) is the originator of and pervades the cosmos (“the zero point field”), there is an astrological science† to climate change (evolution) occurring with Sol & all of the planets in the solar system, as well as consciousness changes‡ occurring in humanity and the animal kingdom.
As you say: “Achieving new views of reality and, by implication, a sustainable modern civilization requires enlightened efforts to establish a fundamental shift in common perceptions leading to changes in thinking, values, behavior and actions based on the concepts of inter-connectedness, cooperation, and interdependence in all human endeavors. This shift can come about if a significant portion of humankind develops this new awareness and understanding and incorporates them into individual and societal belief systems. Science can support this shift by providing reliable and credible empirical data in support of these premises…Humankind’s next phase of evolution will be more an evolution in thought, knowledge, spirituality and consciousness than one involving our biology or physiology. It will likely be an evolution in consciousness triggered by research involving dramatic change in perceptions, values, beliefs and attitudes and a profound resultant shift in human behavior. As a consequence of this shift, the “every man for himself” paradigm fueled by greed will be supplanted by the “all for one and one for all” paradigm fueled by a new spirit of altruism and unity. Predicated on credible science, peoples of the world must come to understand that we really are only as strong as our weakest link; that what we do to others we do to ourselves; and that we are indeed our brother’s keeper quite literally. When this comes about, it will be the dawn of a new day, and solutions to every other major threat, problem or challenge we face will quickly find their remedy, but certainly not before. To be sure, we must act quickly to embark on our journey deeper into the quantum realm, for time is not on our side. ” There is a deeper or ultimate “knowing” than what you acknowledge and I quote from Plotinus: “Knowledge has three degrees-opinion, science, illumination. The means or instrument of the first is Sense; of the second Dialectic; of the third Intuition. To the last I subordinate reason. It is absolute knowledge founded on the identity of the mind knowing with the object known.
External objects present us only with appearance. Concerning them, therefore, we may be said to possess opinion rather than knowledge. The distinctions in the actual world of appearance are of import only to ordinary and practical men. Our question lies with the ideal reality that exists behind appearance. How does the mind perceive these ideas? Are they without us, and is the reason, like sensation, occupied with objects external to itself? What certainty would we then have-what assurance that our perception was infallible? The object perceived would be a something different from the mind perceiving it. We should have then an image instead of reality. It would be monstrous to believe for a moment that the mind was unable to perceive ideal truth exactly as it is, and that we had not certainty and real knowledge concerning the world of intelligence. It follows, therefore, that this region of truth is not to be investigated as a thing external to us, and so only imperfectly known. It is within us. Here the objects we contemplate and that which contemplates are identical-both are thought. The subject cannot surely know an object different from itself. The world of ideas lies within our intelligence. Truth, therefore, is not the agreement of our apprehension of an external object with the object itself. It is the agreement of the mind with itself. Consciousness, therefore, is the sole basis of certainty. The mind is its own witness. Reason sees in itself that which is above itself as its source; and again, that which is below itself as still itself once more.
You ask, how can we know the infinite? I answer, not by reason. It is the office of reason to distinguish and define. The infinite, therefore, can not be ranked among its objects. You can only apprehend the infinite by a faculty superior to reason, by entering into a state in which you are your finite self no longer-in which the Divine Essence is communicated to you. This is ecstasy. It is the liberation of your mind from its finite consciousness. Like only can apprehend like; when you thus cease to be finite, you become one with the infinite. In the reduction of your Soul to its simplest self, its Divine Essence, you realize this union-this identity.” [Cosmic Consciousness: 122-123 - Extracts from a letter written by Plotinus in response to a formal inquiry from the philosopher, Flaccus].
Needess to say for myself, it is a matter of “knowing” since I have memories? (like many other human beings) of a previous life on earth, as well as clairaudiently/mentally hearing & ecstasly sensing the “Logos” sounding the “OM.” I’m one among many human beings who’s aware of their own individual, immortal self, as well as the existence of the consciousness of the greater life in which “we live, and move, and have our being.” “OM is the primordial sound, the first breath of creation, the vibration of existence” and, from my philosophical perspective, it seems to me that the mathematical formalism of “quantum mechanics” should be grounded in that fact. There are fundamental laws associated with Mind in the OM vibration, such as: the law of attraction; the moral law of cause & effect; motion originates on mental levels; mind is the means whereby evolution is possible; energy follows thought; thought causes evolution of substance; man vitalizes his physical body with his force; magnetic stimulation of the physical atom emanates from man on astral [emotional] levels, and later from intuitive levels; finally, through concentrated meditation, the thought images in the minds of other people become apparent.
Quoting again from your website: “QUANTREK’s scientists believe civilization’s survival, evolution and best hope for a sustainable future are entirely dependent upon the emergence of a completely different worldview, one that properly addresses, in verifiable scientific terms, our collective relationship to each other, to the environment and to the universe…when we speak of “consciousness”, “mind”, or “knowing” we are, of necessity, addressing something that is only experienced subjectively. Indeed, studying consciousness forces us to recognize that all experience is fundamentally subjective. Thus, any model of consciousness that is rigorous and complete must be compatible with both the way that we experience consciousness subjectively and consistent as well with what we know about the physical world through the protocols of science. The dyadic model addresses both the subjective and objective aspects of the way consciousness is experienced. It addresses both the material and the ephemeral.”However, it doesn’t appear that you acknowledge the difference between “Mystical interpretations of the inner experience that have been communicated in terms of allegory and metaphor,” and mystical experiences (clairvoyant/clairaudient) that are communicated in terms of being genuine, conscious out-of-body, 5th dimensional, causal awareness experiences. Plotinus: “Many times it has happened: lifted out of the body into myself; becoming external to all other things; beholding a marvelous beauty; then more than ever, assured of community with the loftiest order; living the noblest life, acquiring identity with the Divine; poised above whatsoever is less than the Supreme; yet there comes the moment of descent, and after that sojourn in the Divine I ask myself how it happens that I can now be descending, and how did the soul ever enter my body, the soul which, even within the body, is the high thing it has shown itself to be. . .”
You go on to say: “The dyadic theory suggests that the molecules of the body and brain are also in dynamic exchange of energy with the zero point field (as is all matter) and also resonate non-locally with each other and the remainder of the universe. The brain/body inner “feeling” sense provide perception of this information. Likely the zero point field is the mechanism for this resonance. The non-local resonance of energy and matter throughout the universe is suggested as nature’s most fundamental information management scheme.”Our physical, astral (emotional), mental (manasic), intuitive (buddhic), and spiritual (atmic) etheric bodies are “the zero point field” and the “mechanism for this resonance.” You note that “the ecstasy of the Samadhi is more intense (in my own experience and as reported by others) than any other positive human experience.” Well, the ecstasy of conscious awareness of being immersed within the conscious energy field of the Logos is certainly “more intense than any other positive human experience” also, and “ecstasy” stems from the “heavenly” vibrational nature of the 5th dimension (highest 3 sub-planes of the mental sphere/plane), not from “nature”, my friend, as nature (including humanity) is a poor reflection in the 3rd dimension of the inner reality of the generator (“egoic lotus”) of our mental activity that’s focused in the 3rd ventricle of the brain via the pituitary body & pineal gland. It’s just a matter of time before spiritual ETs∞ verify the foregoing. Somehow, physicists, like you or Harold Puthoff, who are ahead of the pack, must recognise the validity of the OM (and its psychological construct) in order to work out the mathematical formalism.
Best wishes from an American citizen living “down under.”

Within the Hall of Learning intellect rules and seeks to guide Desire of a higher kind, the fruit of manas and its use, supplants the lower karmic urge. Man weighs and balances, and in the twilight Halls of Intellection seeks for the fruit of knowledge. He finds it but to realize that knowledge is not all; he dies upon that open field of knowledge, hearing a cry beat on his dying ears: Know that the knower greater is than knowledge; the One who seeks is greater than the sought.
Within the Halls of Wisdom the Spirit rules; the One within the lesser ones assumes supreme control. Death is not known within these halls, for its two great gates are passed. Discord and strife both disappear and only harmony is seen. The knowers see themselves as One; they recognize the field wherein knowledge grows as Brahmic dissonance and differentiation.
Knowledge they know as method, an instrument of purpose utilized by all and just a germ of eventual recognition. Within this hall union of each with each, blending one and all, and unity of action, goal and skill marks every high endeavor.
If these words are pondered on, it will be realized that the greater life ever includes the lesser, and that each expansion of consciousness brings man closer to this realized Oneness.

I think it means an atom as compared to the Universe or a candle flame as compared to the sun. In the Halls of Wisdom there is no greater or lesser. All is One.

All life is interdependent. The sun needs the sky, the rain needs the clouds, the candle flame needs the wick.

...and a parsite needs a host...it cannot go independent under the sun - the sun would in fact kill it naturally ....there must an error in creation...
or else, why would a surgeon cut away rogue cells? it's not done with judgement, but out of appreciation for helthy tissue ..out of appreciation for life....

.it cannot go independent under the sun
Nothing is independent under the sun. Everything under the sun, or everything created, has a set time cycle of birth, growth, decay. Nothing under the sun lasts forever. The Creator is not the created. Nothing created clings to the Creator. It is all released by the Creator. The human body is dependent on food, water, heat etc. The mind is dependent on thought. The mind cannot cling to one thought for very long. The thoughts are released. How long before the food eaten is released? How long does the hand hold a particular object before it releases it? How long do we hold to a particular story before we let it go? Everything being released is liberation, as well as grace. It is not always easy to see that, though.
