Britain has become a hotbed for terrorism, with extremist preachers and masterminds freely able to operate there. The news has come to light in the latest Wikileak, which reveals at least 35 Guantanamo detainees had been trained for terrorism in London mosques. The secret files also suggest an alleged Al-Qaeda bomber worked as an informer for British intelligence.

The reporter asks 'why did the security forces lapse and let these fanatics in?'.
Hmmm dunno. The answer is either of the following 2 responses;
1. The Intelligence Services are not very good at monitoring people of interest to them and they got through (sorry) or
2. The Intelligence Services are good at monitoring people of interest to them and allowed them in because they serve a purpose useful to the them.
