In keeping with the Nexian theme, I've created this thread specifically for the philosopher in all of us. Please feel free to post your more sagacious insights. And post often; don't be encumbered by modesty. In some things, modesty can be counterpurpose. If discussing the insights and thoughts of others, don't forget to credit them. Much thanx.
Here's one that hit me this morning, to get things started. I offer it as an insight; but you may toss the darts at it if you feel it to be rubbish! Who knows by evening time, I may throw the first dart! LOL. :jester:

"Without humility, there is no humanity." - philosopherZook
But has humanity become diluted and disconnected from itself? Are we losing our ability to be human?
Often when I scan the news in different areas of the world I see humanity screaming to be heard. And the voices get lost in the chaos of negative energy. I see the cruelty that humanity inflicts upon itself, like the snake that swallows its own tail. Humanity has become lost in a sea of lies and division. We must bridge that division with a bridge of truth and understanding.
Understand those that believe that they are our enemy, they have fallen into the same sea of lies and division. Do we push them under or do we extend a hand and lift them up. Often I find myself wanting to walk among them and have them hear my own cries and hope they understand it is with the same voice that they speak. My enemy is not my enemy but my friend hidden. I wish to discover my unknown friends and pull them into the fold.
There is a need to stem the flow of lies and division that dilutes humanity and a dire need to become human once again. Each of us becoming a brick in the dam that will hold back the sea of lies. It matters not what color the brick is, or of what faith the brick is. What matters is that we recognise that we are all human and that we must reconnect and gather our strength together. Put yourself in the face of your enemy and be the catalyst that puts out the smoldering flame of hate and deception.

Well, here I go with my :twocents:
As a hobbyist writer, I tend to find it helpful when wisps of related thoughts and ideas that haven't fully articulated themselves into a complete thought yet in my mind come and start tickling me all together to sit down and write, and just allow them spin into whatever pattern they need to ? be it a one-shot, poem, or a vignette with more thought than plot.
So here?s some of my poetical philosophizing for you to see, please enjoy your trip into my Wonderland. ;)
* * * * *
Black and white, wrong and right.
Sharp, defined.
Neither
Everything in shades of gray
It feels better that way
Really
Nothing to blind you
Not to bright, not too dark
Balanced
Can?t really move if you can?t even see where you?re going, anyway, I know
?So move,? I hear you tell me. ?Move, or is it all just talk from you??
I think I could almost hear you smile in that.
Colors
Colors in the gray
One at a time, one by one, separate, all together
Bleeding in and out of each other
Dazzling? confusing
Dizzy
Standing still. Staring at gray.
?Move?
Colors, gray, no black and no white.
Wait?
The colors are the gray? ?Yep.? How so?
Smile. ?Move and find out.? Which one? ?Find out.?
You?d never tell me
? And I don?t think I would want you to
?Isn?t that the fun of it, though?? I suppose so
Gray
Colors
The colors are the gray
What am I seeing?
?Impatient? Giving up??
NO
Do you even care?
You might laugh - ?No, but I?m not the one who has to care?
True enough.
The colors are shiny, the colors are gray
Don?t see with your eyes, perceive a new way
What is Honesty when your eyes make mistakes?
Colorblind.
Colorblind
The gray
The colors
Colorblind
Black & white twisting
Tones of gray
They speak in tones so loud, don?t they?
Like a child?s rhyme
How does a child learn to see and move in a world when she?s colorblind?
You might raise an eyebrow, like What do you think?
She starts by first acknowledging that she?s colorblind?
? Am I moving in the right direction, yet?
You might shrug - ?Well, you?re moving?
Find out
?Precisely?
We laugh

To change a planet and reverse everything that has been done wrong. What is it that needs to change? Looking around at the current structure a person would be hard pressed to know where to start. With corrupt governments controlling the people of every nation, and dare I say religions that have not told the complete truth. Our history has been lost for us, buried somewhere for nobody to see. We do not even know who we are or where we came from. How are we to know our true nature and know how we are supposed to live?
We have been taught that this is the only way. That we are not capable of living with out the assistance of well to do leaders. Well to do by the blood, sweat and tears of the people on this planet. We have been taught that hate and segregation are the only way to maintain peace. We have been taught that we must pay others in order to live. We have been taught that we must live a certain way, according to someone elses standards. These are just some of the things that were said to be our only options.
Then there is that thing called the subconscious mind. That mind that nags us when we know something is not right. You see a homeless man, woman or even worse children, and you subconscious mind tells you this is more than wrong. You have a fight with a loved one or friend, and heated words and barbs are traded. Then later when the anger has left, your subconscious mind tells you it could have been handled better. You see a war being fought, and young lives being lost, for what? And you know it is an atrocity. These are just some of the things that come from your moral core, which is your subconscious mind.
The conscious mind is in fact the enemy for us all. It is the thing that says do not look at the homeless man, woman or children. It is the thing that lashes out at your loved ones and friends. It is what tells you that wars and death are necessary in order to have peace and freedom. The concious mind is what ignores the subconscious mind, and our moral core.
So I suggest that to change the planet on which we live, and for humanity to survive and prosper, it is our moral core that needs to change. We need to listen to our subconscious mind that we so often ignore. If we listen to our subconscious mind and apply it to our daily lives and works, or moral core will begin to transform.
With a healthy moral core we do not need to have a ruling governmental system. We would not ignore the hungry and homeless. We would find ways to solve disagreements and issues without firing a shot. With a healthy moral core we would be aware of taking care of the planet that we live on. And our healthy moral core would show the universe and all in it that we are worthy of being human beings. And in time the conscious and subconsious mind would transform into one. Working together within ourselves with no more internal conflict. No more ignoring the voice of our moral core that resides in us all.
So that is where I theorize change needs to begin. Within ourselves, and learning to listen to our moral core and do the right things, and fix the wrongs we have done so far.
A friend told me when it comes to change, "It is all about moral core, with that there is every hope."

When you feel the emotion love, every cell in your body responds instantly. When you decide to experience love, there is no difference. your body responds instantly, you become a state of love.
The conscious mind is actually more powerful than the subconscious in that it can change the sea of awareness. If only we harness that power.
Maybe its not a subconscious mind at all. Maybe, the thing that makes us feel contraction ( ie this is wrong) is the sea of awareness that realizes when things are in alignment or not. The moral core is existence itself.
It knows how to grow and expand. Contraction is against its very nature.
People don?t recognize the present very often. They live in thoughts of the past or future. But, the sea of awareness ONLY exists in the present. That?s why it seems they ignore it.
Visit the present moment more often. Consciousness changes the sea of awareness instantly. We can harness that power by changing it into love or peace or some other expansive thought in the present moment.
Love in the present moment,

To be fully in the present moment cannot really be recognized in the moment. It can only be experienced directly... with no thought of self. The present moment is just as illusive as the past and present. An experience experienced fully in the present moment can only be recognized after the fact, when the mind begins to analyze that it just had a direct experience. Recognition involves a self re-cognizing. My favorite direct fully present moments are when I come home and both my dogs are falling all over themselves wiggling wagging, happier to see me than any human I have ever known and I... having no thoughts (especially about me)... spontaneously grab them up as happy to see them as they are to see me. That is a direct experience of we... loving wholly... without abandon... in the now. I wish I could do that with people. Everytime I try, a me seems to get in the way, or they take offense to the way I wag my tail.

I didnt' read all post yet but ...
I hope all science , knowledge and wisdom will come together as ONE, That means all wisdom from all Tribes and Civilisations will give their best knowledge and compair and connect with each other.
I'm sure when all the skilled craftsman and woman come together miracles can happen.
Were not going to wait for the pope to connect us , do we?
By internet we don't have to travel and we can speak to each other.
So i hope again that , (and i already saw the various Threads like , Mexican Gulf , Japan , Ufo's etc etc..so we can finally wipe out the lies.)This Forum can grow into something BIG where all Masters , Leaders , Assistants , Scientists , Indians , Shamans , Yogi's , Alternative Medics, etc etc will come together to give their share so we could connect and look for solutions. We even could invite the right people...by joining this forum from there homes , if we got already a lot sorted out we can offer them to connect the dots.
This mean there's got to be a Page on this forum where all truth manifestates and we can put it away as PROOF and sort out the following issues .
Unconditional assistance from all over the world...totally free , because money is almost something of the past .
We Got To make THE BEST STORY EVER about HUMANITY
With all REAL TRUTH available From 13000 years ago till NOW.
Its possible...To end all problems by the Internet.
Only problem is that they probably won't allow such a movement to happen...But we could try and maby our economic leaders would find such an event highly interesting , because problaby they themselfs also don't know exactly what to to , because every move they made ended up in disasters.
And this could turn out good for all parties .
Peace , leadership , honesty .

Thank you for this useful post.
In my opinion one got to be free of all bad habits , like greed , power , hate , ego , materialism , addictions before you can really listen to that Moral core otherwise the thought will be polluted by these litlle demons in ones head.
So to be real , you got to be real without the demons , this is also in the Bible..the commandments , and the Buddah said :You don't have to believe me , check it out yourselfs...
The people who have done a lot of wrong things in their lives and learned from that , why NOT to do these things..they would be good recruits , there are also people who know what they do from childhood on , so this doesn't counts for everybody.
But they know the depts and the darkness that is out there , because they always wanted to know WHY you can't do certain things.
How do they call those people , arent that the real guru's?

The internet.
Everytime the computer gets switched on, we are looking for/at something.
What is it we are looking for?
When is "saturation point", when absolutely no more stories need to be heard/read/told?
Or is there a "never enough" in all of us?
I have often wondered about that. :)
My enemy is not my enemy but my friend hidden.
Thanks for that! A great statement.
