This ties in with Omniverse's thread about Telepathic Impersonation Technology. The article alleges over 2 million people have become victims of this sadistic technique which originated with Nazi Joseph Mengele and the research he did in concentration camps. Of course, the Nazis were never eradicated and migrated to the US and South America with the help of Project Paperclip after WW2.


Monarch Programming is a method of mind control used by numerous organizations for covert purposes. It is a continuation of project MK-ULTRA, a mind-control program developed by the CIA, and tested on the military and civilians. The methods are astonishingly sadistic (its entire purpose is to traumatize the victim) and the expected results are horrifying: The creation of a mind-controlled slave who can be triggered at anytime to perform any action required by the handler. While mass media ignores this issue, over 2 million Americans have gone through the horrors of this program. This article looks at the origins of Monarch programming and some of its methods and symbolism.

The imaginarium of Dr Pannarsus (sp*) is ridiculously obvious and dark with regards to this subject. I had read up to some extent on MK ultra etc and saw the film about a month ago. to most its 'just another weird Gilliam film' but its a document of admitance when you know the facts.
Heath Ledgers charcter is depicted as 'the hanged man' and given he played 'the jester' or Joker in Batman and the was found dead its all to strange as to be coincidental
I know it has many practical implications but i always feel its more of an elitest version of playing with barbie dolls. Just as much fun for them as useful

I will check this out. Thanks. I wasn't aware any name had been established for the continuation of MK Ultra(at least known online, i figured there was a name for it).

They compartmentalize my memories of what they do to me(I get some useful ones back typically). Memories work in layers. They usually only delete the memory in partiality(one or part of two layers), if they even delete at all, they can restrict memories in real time, which may be the failsafe way if there is one.

At times I still have the energetic imprint of the memory, so if I read such a thing it triggers remembering such things and opens the pathway. So descriptions of mind control are useful to me. I am writing an ebook on mind control, and doing a website to expose all the tactics I see them do. Whether those tactics are worldwide, or done in mind control on a personal basis. That website is www.endarkeners.com and I am working on it right now, slowly, day by day, adding things into the blueprint. Not rushing it.

In the days of my experiences with this type of stuff(whether I deal with Monarch or something else), illusions are abundant, which isn't so different than normal life on earth but the difficulty is upped on determining reality with these groups, at times, up to 'impossible' difficulties as they can fully control one's 'reality'. What builds a 'reality', they can 100% control.

In the beginning stages of my mental infiltration, they did severe 'reality' control segments of time. They ran me through different realities as if they were real with this technology(in other words they affect me as if they were real). Some were heavenly, some were very horrible and very hard to get through, others I thought I was just about to die, but were interesting other than things like that.

To give an idea of how precise these groups are with mind control, I've had an observational angle to the consciousness that would be hard to figure without. I've seen layers of consciousness altered while other layers seem independent. They can control every single mechanic, in every layer of memory or mind situation I've seen... They will likely interfere with my explanation of any of it...

Like memory, the fully conscious mind is a bunch of layers of things, not one process. I've been able to witness these layers in the mind control that has been done to me.

In Memory(i might not remember a layer or something atm with interference):
Visual layer[also an auditory layer deep down in there sometimes]
Conceptual layer(which often aligns so perfectly with the energetic layer people think they are one thing)
Energetic layer(sometimes complex clusters of emotions, other times one distinct energy) - Within the energy may be laced concepts, but not so easy to get fully at times. This layer has emotional frequencies I think, but is not limited to what we would call emotions. When we feel another being it is in this channel. Aura's, etc. When it cannot get a complete aura or somehow this is blocked, it fabricates one in an advanced way I believe.....

They have deleted from my mind, the conceptual(higher understanding) layer of what is in my mind, but the energy of it stays. This makes me think they are 2 separate processes. They can delete the energy too from being in the mind. But they have done many times just deleting one or the other to me. With certain energetic layers in the mind, one can deduce with some efficiency, what was just deleted from the mind(i used to call it energetic inertia when trying to explain it). But not every time... This energetic layer has conceptual stuff lightly within it at times, more in the form of 'understandings' than 'concepts'(if that will make sense). I think there are forms of what we would call conceptual, but once we have a full understanding of them we will have different terminology for them than just concepts, because they are differentiated a decent bit from concepts in ways.

Anyway, I've seen such precise control of my mind, in both amazing and horrible ways. Lately I have not had any amazing experiences in the positive category... But I've had them with this type of stuff.

I will check out this link, and see what aligns. I checked out a MK Ultra site with a list of like 17 things they wanted to be able to do and figure out, they had done like 15 or 16 to me...

I don't see much on what they are actually capable of doing. It's true they use trauma and torture to get things done. But I think the article doesn't give a perfect picture of the mind control world... It definitely has some things right though. Just doesn't have a full picture... Which I guess it would be hard to expect that out of any source with black ops etc...

Monarch is very specific and definitely only one part of the big picture. I happen to live in an area where Monarch programming is very prevalent. It is connected to a specific religious affiliation for the most part and is specifically generational. I would say about a third of the population where I live is Monarch. If you understand the programming and know the key words you can trigger them. I know for a fact that the psychological community is well aware of the problem but, they have no one to turn to. If they report to the state or any kind of advisory board, they start receiving death threats. Many are starting to quietly turn to the psychic, esoteric community for answers.

On the positive side, I know that there is a group who is working to deprogram Monarchs.

Some of them are aware that they are victims of child abuse but, they may not understand that they are victims of Satanic Ritual Abuse. Also, because it is generational it is whole families where all the children are abused as their parents were before them. Those numbers add up quickly.

Because of the nature of Monarch programming most do not even become aware of the abuse until they start to become sexually active as adults or their programming starts to breakdown. They program in a fail safe for the subject to commit suicide should this breakdown start to occur. So many victims find themselves heavily medicated and seeking professional help for suicidal tendencies.

I'm sorry M@ but, I feel it would be irresponsible of me to put trigger words on a public forum. They are not something to be toyed with and if you don't know what you are doing you can really cause damage to these poor people who have had unspeakable things done to them. I know you are probably just curious so, I hope you will forgive me for not answering that particular question.
