Bill Chastain was born in 1941 in a coal camp in Harlan County, Kentucky, but was raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Southwestern Pennsylvania.Bill then joined the US Air Force, an environment in which he thrived, and was promoted right out of basic training to become the youngest Drill Instructor in the Air Force.

After the military he took a job as a can painted in an electronics factory, soon progressing into the research lab, then field project engineer designing and building steel mills and power plants. His company offered him a full scholarship to Pittsburgh University for engineering, but he turned it down.

Bill left Pittsburgh for Olympia, Washington where he managed very large pulp and paper mill construction projects. After forest products he entered aerospace, taking a job as a facilities worker in a Boeing Plant near Seattle. Soon he was managing projects, including the largest aircraft production facility in the world and the Boeing Japan Offices in Tokyo. After 13 years, Bill retired from Boeing as a self-taught Senior Strategic Analyst.

After Boeing, Bill traveled the world as an international trouble-shooter until 2006 when he returned to aerospace as a consultant with the Boeing Company. While at Boeing Bill began working with a medical discovery, later known as APeX. The first person exposed to APeX resolved their Stage IIIC Lung cancer in three months – word spread. Soon there were many cancer victims wanting to try this new discovery. Bill and his wife Emi decided to give up aerospace consulting and devote full time to APeX. That was almost five years ago.

During a conference on Skype with the scientist who wrote this game-changing analysis of APeX in preparation for a Spectrum Radio interview (our first ever APeX public media event) his wife received a threatening phone call telling her in very specific terms that the scientist should not do any interview about APeX. We will go ahead with the interview, but the scientist will not personally participate.

And yes this really did happen, i had to redo the entire interview the following night, minus the scientist.

APeX nanoclusters moving in and out of cells.

Analysis of APeX Silver-Oxygen Nano-Clusters

One of the most interesting developments of the last twenty years in molecular biology is the growing awareness of the importance of cellular and pathogen electrical charge distribution.

We are gradually coming to understand that most pathogens take advantage of electrical charge distribution inadequacies or vulnerabilities in the molecular structures of cells. It is observed that weakened cells are electronically charge challenged in the sense that the charge on the cell membrane and/or within the cell itself is disrupted in its distribution.

For example: Red Blood cells or Erythrocytes stick together when the healthy slightly negative and uniform charge on the cell membranes becomes electron depleted. This condition is called Rouleaux and is a precursor to unhealthy clotting which causes strokes and other circulatory related pathogenic challenges.

Positive ions from our air, water, processed food or the molecular structures of pathogens infecting our bodies scavenge electrons from healthy cells, depleting the cells and the surrounding serum environment by attracting those electrons to their abundant open valences.

This disrupts the uniformity of charge distribution at the outer membrane of red bloods cells and the cell membrane charge abundance of disease fighting cells such as leukocytes (where charge depletion causes a reduction in motility) and opens these cells to further molecular challenges manufactured by the pathogens during their assault. Then the pathogens either attach to the cell membranes and eventuate penetration or invade the cell forthwith through now damaged/electronically challenged cell membrane walls.

There is another aspect of these phenomena, which we are learning more and more about with each passing year. When a formerly relatively healthy cell becomes infected by a pathogen, that pathogen projects a potential well beyond the cell
membrane and into endoplasmic environment in a manner similar to a lightening rod

When it comes to cancer cells this phenomenon is greatly magnified. The initial cancer host cells (i.e. those cells, which have first succumbed to the cancer causing pathogen) become factories for the production of cytotoxins. These cytotoxins are then released into the blood stream to scavenge electrons and destroy the membrane integrity of healthy cells.

Solid tumor cancer cell colonies are hypoxic. Hypoxia is a condition describing the reduced availability of oxygen. This is a paradox considering the fact that in order to survive/proliferate cancer tumors also require vascularization. As the disease progresses cancer tumor colonies do not wish to be oxidized.Too much oxygen spells death to cancer. This makes Cancer tumor colonies and cancer cells themselves ideal targets for the APeX nano-cluster.

Based on our early investigation of the demonstrated increase of anti-pathogenic activity of APeX over other nano-silver preparations, it seems most plausible that the slight negative charge at the APeX nano-cluster molecular boundary, which is
comprised of active oxygen molecules, allows these nano-clusters to be potentiated by and then drawn into pathogens and/or pathogen infected cells.

Therefore the pathogen’s proclivity to scavenge electrons becomes its downfall. Once so attracted to the lightening rod like charge imbalance of the pathogen itself, the nano-cluster enters into the much larger molecular structure of the pathogen and
literally causes that architecture to collapse/dissolve.

This occurs when the binding electrons of the active oxygen atoms are more attracted to the pathogenic molecular electronic imbalance then they are to the positive nano-silver ion they surround and which acts as their dolly. Suddenly the oxygen phobic pathogen becomes super oxidized and ceases to be viable. It is as if a bomb has gone off.

We believe that the nano-silver molecular cluster at the heart of the APeX silver-oxy cluster may primarily serve the role of a dolly for the oxygen. Because there is no known negative ion of silver it provides the ideal vehicle to attract and deliver active oxygen to the cell. The smaller the nano-silver molecular clusters are, the more surface area per gram weight is available for this crucial bonding with the active oxygen. The smaller the nano-clusters of APeX are the more they can penetrate cell membranes.

Although colloidal preparations of silver have over a century and a half of history and some very real therapeutic effects it is only with the advent of nano-molecular clusters that there can be consistent penetration of the molecular structures of pathogens and pathogen infected/charge depleted cells.

There are years of exciting research ahead as we discover more and more of the characteristics of APeX1 related anti-pathogenic activity.Now that there are microscopic tools that allow us to observe the nano and cellular domains in real time with living cells we look forward to actually seeing APeX and other nano molecular preparations such as nano-gold as they reveal their yet to be discovered benefits.

I recently had another interesting development while speaking with Klaus Dona who now has a friend with 4th stage cancer who just got on the Apex program, Klaus knows about a cave in Ecuador that has what he calls the "Best Water on the Planet".
Klaus has arranged for a sample of that water to be sent to Apex Institute for testing and possible inclusion in the Apex formulation process.
