I am wondering if there is any tweaking that can be done to move that stupid paper clip image off of the last page of a long thread? I end up having to click a lower page then click "last" when the thread opens up because I get this stupid box pop up 99% of the time when I am trying to click on the last page of a long thread.

Like the Don Shipley thread. Try to click the little box for page 11. That stupid paper clip sits on the box! Why ? I know it's coded that way. It works the same at PA.

Can it be moved?

I don't get that here. Not sure of what you speak.. It might be just something at your end. A browser plugin that you have maybe or something related?

When you float over a thread in a list there is a box that pops up that shows a preview of what's in the thread. But it pops up anywhere the pointer hovers on the thread list, on a page number, on the link to the thread. Pretty much everywhere. Maybe this part is broken for you.

I agree. It's annoying. I usually click to the first page and then move to the last. I've had it across viewing this site with both Firefox and Chrome.

I'm not talking about the floating pop up box with synopsis. I am talking about the stupid paperclip image and you can't click the last page usually because that stupid box comes up.

I think that paper clip is there because one or more posts in the thread have attachments.

I usually get to the end of a thread by going over to the right and clicking on the "last post" mini button to the right of the poster's name. I often have to scroll back up to where I last read the posts to.

I fixed it. I have a medium sized monitor, and usuallly have muliple applications open. I just needed to either make my page smaller or bigger and it moved the paperclip or pages.

Problem solved... , but thanks for the suggestion norman.

Also, i have mine set to show 30/40 posts per page.
That drastically cuts down on the amount of pages in any given thread.
Of topic but just sayin :)
