i will be playing diablo three .. i might get this game later in the year ..but it will really depend on what other gamers think of it..

i have a wow sub i don't really use and i will never carry two subscriptions ..

chosing the sides is easy the question are fairly easy to answer to get the faction you want ..

i don't really se it being that big in the end .. there are a lot of good games out now and comming out in the next few months ..and it's a subscription based game with an item shop ..

i don't like the idea that the quests have you search the internet for information .. on the past members of these conspiricies ..

they should put everything in the game you need to know ..as it opens people up to getting into a dangerus site and getting hacked .

as for the subject matter .. of the game .. why not make a game for all this conspiracy stuff ..

ea is the company that make military training games .. making sure teenage boys learn the skills needed for the future combat weaponry

no the game play includes finding names of people in game then googling or looking them up online to get more information on them .. for those following the story.. so it gets into who was part of the founding hundreds of years ago ..

if you look at the conspiracy community it has been turn in on itself this year...

seems they have found better ways to leak out the information they want people to know about..

you have the si fi channel going over every possible end of the world scenerio ..and you get this game and it end of the world story line with all kinds of juicy off the wall stuff ..

granted this game will be lost in the shadow of Diablo III's release..so it may only get a few hundred thousand players ..

i will completely dissapear from these boards after monday..and d3's release ..

it goes live in 28 hours ..spending my times squacking on those forums ..

d3 will be the best game ever...really polished game play with a massive storyline ..

spoiler Diablo destroys heaven .. then your hero kills diablo.. or sends (her) back to the depths of hells to be faced again in an expansion ..

it will probably sell 4-5 million units in the next week ..

and i am arguing with somone on those forums that because the game is called diablo.. it's an illuminati plot to get people to warship the devil ..

Internet computer games are an excellent way to fuck with peoples minds, and also to track how they respond to certain stimuli - also great for researching how people "learn" and can be behavior modified.

what did you do while sopa was being set up to shut down the internet as we know it .. it was mainly the gamer community on the net who came together and forced the issue to the front .. delivering the first big fu to the powers that be in history ..

On re-reading my post I can see it does not convey what I was trying to say. I deleted the last sentence (re slaves). I am sorry if it came over as personal - it was not meant to have.

I am an ex-gamer - wasn't a very good one, but I loved FPS games (Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake, Fear, Halo, Half-life, Mechwarrior)

I totally understand the reason why you want to play Diablo 3. I do too actually but I wont.

I stopped when my fingers started to hurt through too much play Switched to force-feedback joystick - knackard my wrist.

I am not afraid of any of the things that they do now - awareness is armour.

D3 you can do most stuff with a mouse ..even though i am a long time gamer.. i think it is good that current design is favoring it so people with real lives can play.. instead of just the anti social types ..

game is great when the servers are up ..

but there are millions of people doing this .. because the game keeps going down..because they sold a few million more games day one than they where expecting ..
