300 million years old screw found! Who built it?

    700_28e0643937786583afa4137e818ea61e.jpg

August 13, 2012 - In the summer of 1998, Russian scientists who were investigating an area 300 th km southwest of Moscow on the remains of a meteorite, discovered a piece of rock which enclosed an iron screw. Geologists estimate that the age of the rock is 300-320 million years.

At that time there were not only intelligent life forms on earth, not even .....

dinosaurs did not appear on its surface. The screw, which is clearly visible in the head and nut, has a length of about cm and a diameter of about three millimeters.

Scientists initially thought that the screw was in a farm machine. But the screw was firmly fixed in the rock.

Case of "error" was excluded because in addition, as shown by subsequent studies, the screw is there really a huge amount of time, since the iron atoms of the screw and the atoms of silicon (from which the rock consists mainly) have spread across the two ylika.Oi X-rays revealed that exist within the rock bolts and similar .. as well as two small round balls that have square holes.

This finding has been studied intensively in various scientific institutions of Russia - from geologists, physicists, paleontologists, mineralogists and proved that the screw was in the sediment before it is mounted on a rock. All technicians who examined the findings are convinced that the screw has been artificially constructed and not a product of a natural process.

Fascinating! Brings many questions and possibilities to mind:
    1) Could it possibly support Time Travel? Could someone possibly have traveled back in time and left the skrew?
    2) Could it have been left by inter-stellar travelers?
    3) Or were there advanced civilizations in Earth's ancient past?

    Really intriguing!

That really makes you wonder how many times we've done this.

I think that the little time span that makes up our history is SO LIMITED in the scheme of life on this planet. I'm thinking that technical civilizations alternated with primitive ones for many many millennia. But also I can't shake the idea of time travel possibly playing into this skrew artifact. Sure is fascinating to imagine what the true story is. ;-)

So are you saying maybe this screw was put in a time travel machine and zapped 300million years ago? so we can only find it?

There are so many possibilities...it might be that a properly 'conscious' individual manifested the screw into place a couple of imaginary seconds prior to its discovery. That thought alone makes my head hurt.

Re: 300 million years old screw found! Who built it?

No. My thoughts are this -- that time travelers went back to that time. Possibly connected with the Montauk experiments on Long Island. Top scientists from different countries were brought together to work on Top Secret projects which included both invisibility, long distance travel (inter-planetary) and time travel. I've met and spoken with some who've had many degrees of Top Secret clearance a coupled decades ago in the military, where I've learned that these things actually DID take place. I heard accounts of the machine(s) at Montauk and also accounts of 'travels', including instant teleportation travels to other planets. This gave a different understanding to why the "space race" had seemingly stopped for so many years. According to this, it simply went "underground".

Skrews like that you could say are from this present era. So what the thoughts going thru my mind were that time travelers went to that age. Perhaps they didn't realize they left a skrew behind -- or perhaps they left some things intentionally to see if they'd surface in the present.

    Hi Kristen,

I watched a movie the other day called the "Penitent Man"...it was very cool and starred Lance Henriksen ("the guy with the face that makes the Grim Reaper look jolly"). time travel invention and cause/effect movie...interesting.

It has been argued by conventional scientists that any time travel to the past possibilities are limited to the point of invention of the time travel technology...In other words, one can't travel to a time where no time travel device exists...Again, that's another one of those "who knows" theories. John Archibald Wheeler has argued eloquently in a different direction...literally....Nyuk, Nyuk, Nyuk.

Hi AH. From what I've learned from these "in the know" sources who knew the facts about time travel experiments, that isn't a valid point.

    ok...

    Hi Richard...a minor glitch perhaps?
