I ask for help

Dear friends

I help those whome I can when ever I can but, I suppose like many, I am unable to help myself too much.

I would like to ask help from those who can heal from distance. I am in absolute agony with my right shoulder and ask that I may get some help to relieve the tremendous pain. As I have had some damage done there by someone who because of their illness does not need to be told but i believe it was not meant in a hurtfull way, my boss say`s that it is part of the job, but not after a week and when it affects loving and taking care of others, it needs looking at.

Please, if you can, I ask your help.

Harley, sadly I have not slept on my back in a week, i have slept bolt upright in an armchair, pain on my shoulder blade is imense. I cannot sadly lay down.

I understand how such pain is. Still, before falling asleep do your best to push your thoughts of pain aside and allow your thoughts to dwell on your friends.

Ammit, my dear friend......I will be sending Love, Blessings and Healing energies your way. I truly understand what you are really going through as I have problems with my left arm from time to time and the pain get so bad thet I feel as if I am having a heart attack

I will give you some advise from the bottom of my heart and you take it as you would......but if you know anybody that has any medical cannabis .......give them a call and take just a few pulls or till you see the pain starting to subside. This really works, TRUST ME!!!

But if you choose not to, I also understand........either way my love for you doesn't stop and by blessings and healing to you will not be blocked!!!

I hope you feel much better and to tell you the truth, also try to do what Harley mentioned above.....it really does help (specially after a couple of tokes )

Sorry to be mundane here, but I've had a problem in my shoulder like that more than a few times. Each time, it's always been that something was pulled and/or out of place. If you know someone who is good at massage and/or chiropractic techniques, they should be able to locate and help relieve some of the pressure. Maybe even snap something back where it should be, if it's slightly out of whack.

I would recommend an osteopath in lieu of a chiropractor.

There is less chance of further damage.

Inflammed, surface skin is hot, distressed flesh and that wrenching about has produced a pinched nerve. your socket is loose too did you pop out of socket and it went back in again wrong? Thats heading up your neck too.

You need to see someone to manipulate some of that tension off that nerve.

Ammit if this was done at your place of employment, your employer should send you off for treatment and/or tests to see if something is wrong. I do note reading that your a caregiver.

You should have filled an incident report hon but you do need to go off and get seen too and get an x-ray or something to see what's what; maybe your shoulder is out of whack like our beloved friend Ice suggested; I agree get to an osteopath and tell them how painful it is so they are gentle.

I went to chiropractors for 12 years for my neck by the time I went to the Chief of Neurosurgery at Royal Melbourne Hospitall (last year) he said no chiropractor, no massage, no nothing on this neck; if you do you could end up paralysed, my neck as that much pathology in it shown on MRI. so you have to be careful.

I agree, if you were injured at work your employer should be looking after you.

Try putting magnets on your shoulder blade and neck, I have magnets on my back most of the time and I do believe they work well for a bit of pain relief and good blood flow.

Physio is also good if you can get it, otherwise do what Alky said

Hi Ammit.

I do understand you. I have been feelling strong pains in my 2 shoulders for more than 2 years. The doctors said that I have to go trough a surgery in order to avoid to rip my left shoulder muscles.

In order to avoid the surgery and deal with the pain I usually try to meditate. I think that I?m in a very beautiful lake, with warm waters, calm and peaceful, close to an waterfall. Then I enter in the lake until my neck and walk slowly at the waterfall direction. Then I go under the waterfall and feel its waters clenaing my spirit and healing the pain. I stay there and try to feel comfortable until I fall asleep. When I wake up I?m usually much better.

Beyond this suggestion I will pray for you.

Do something for you. Try to find a place to work that respects you as a being and care with your integrity.
