Not to mention that they are also planning to take down the "New Madrid Fault Line" using HAARP Technology!!!

The first video discussed lightning. I have grave doubts for the efficacy of such a weapon.

Background:
OK, I managed a lightning detection and data collection company in Australia for 7 years. We were a monopoly.
We sold our data to corporations and we were the sole supplier of lightning data to the Bureau of Meteorology.

Now it mentions in the video that they do not know how lightning occurs, by that they mean what are the exact conditions that will produce a lightning strike (stroke). Firstly, in almost all cases, there needs to be ice crystals present within the cloud for lightning to occur. Lightning occurs in the same way any static discharge occurs. That is there needs to be a. a potential positive region of initiation/reception, and their needs to be a negatively charged region of the opposite polarity. Finally a gap of length l needs to be at a critical distance for discharge between positive and negative regions. The regions may exist in either cloud or ground. Regions in the ground can be either negatively or positively charged, Similarly regions in the cloud will be either positively of negatively charged.

Lightning can initiate in a cloud, in the ground (cloud to ground/ground to cloud) and move to the cloud, from cloud to cloud (inter cloud) of different potentials. Also regions within the same cloud (intra cloud) can create discharge. The average lightning stroke has an amperage of 50k amps.

Lightning as a Weapon..... one person with no body armour can survive a lightning strike. A vehicle can be grounded to resist lightning. All normal passenger vehicles with rubber tyres are Faraday cages which resist lightning.

So lightning as a weapon is problematic.

Same here and it is unusual for this time of year.. but then again it is unusual to watch a 'cloud' being sprayed too.
