Two Reactors Now In Cold Shutdown

These reactors were already shutdown before the earthquake and tsunami. It's not exactly progress, considering they never should have been a problem in the first place. I'm more concerned about the 4 that blew up. I like how they lump the reactors together, the ones that were operational and which blew up, and the ones that were shutdown, and make it look like 'progress' on the disaster has been made.
Unit's 3 and 2 were spewing more radioactive smoke this morning, and caused the workers to all flee the site.
