Leon Panetta is not at all bashful here in basically telling Jeff Sessions that Congress is irrelevent when it comes to deploying troops into combat. Now it's our "international partners" that provide legal basis for launching new wars. Nice, but atleast they're not hiding it any more. More like "what are you going to do about it?"

By the way, don't mind the guy with Tourettes Syndrome sitting behind Sessions.(LOL)
